When Mr*** called for repair we were in Florida at the time, would be there at least weeks more, and told Mr*** that if he could not wait for us to get back that he should have another roofer look at leakI did not tell Mr***
that I would pay for repair, I have not seen any paperwork from Mr.*** eitherCertified means someone would have to be present at office to sign for and our office is unoccupied 95% of the timeI will agree to cover materials for Mr***'s repair but I do not agree to cover someone elses laborFrom what I was told over the phone that it was leak that occurred during or after a storm, that a pipe boot was damagedMy warranty does not cover natural damage, I was told a pipe boot was at fault for leak, did a limb fall upon houseMr*** made no other attempts of communication to my company, thought everything was in good standing until I received complaint thru Revdex.comI am willing to cover materials in this instance only, but I have not seen paperwork on this matter, Thanks
