All Outdoor Landscaping and Light Decor

Made a contract with business owner of All Outdoors LLC (Ben ***)for the installations of 16 recessed lighting. After making me purchase all materials for the job, Ben *** began to ghost my wife and I. I tried contacting him multiples times but to no avail I have all emails and texts to prove it. After almost a month time frame, he replies back to my wife stating he had family issues. I contact him again and explained how I understood of family matters but, to please keep me informed on the status of the job by simply emailing me, text or call. He stated he was going to lock in a date as to when he would start the job and till this day me nor my wife have heard back from him. It's been a month already and nothing has happen.

I'm an Army Retired veteran of over 22 years. Ben *** is an Army veteran himself and comes across as a nice young man but, he is truly a liar and not a man of his word. He should be a shame of using his military background. It's a total disgrace to all military soldiers and veterans.

Do not do any business with Ben ***. He is full of excuses and very irresponsible. For someone to claims to be a soldier, a purple heart recipient at that, is a shame that people like this gives other business man or veterans that are trying to run a business a bad name.
