*** contacted me via my etsy store Alloveraboard about building a custom piece for her apartmentshe sent me a drawing (see attached) of what she wanted and the lengths of the boardsI told her that custom orders take approxweeksI started the build and weeks in she asked to add another
shelf which delayed the final project a few more weeks as had to re-mock up and then cut, sand, stain and apply a finish coatShe asked for a photo of the final mock up which I sent on Christmas eve as requestedshe was unhappy at first stating I did not follow her planAs you can see in the attached photos I did include every detail as requestedI ever included a few other shelves that she could use or choose not tooI have the desk at the length she askedI included the extra wide shelf for her TVI used all the measurements she providedthere was never a discussion about shelving being an L shaped as that would not be possiable with the length of boards and could not ship with out damageHowever, with my shelving system all shelves are adjustable and she can make an L shape shelf by configuring my system and aligning the two to match. As for the shipping, I shipped to the address provided on the invoicethere was never a discussion of shipping to a different address because she was movingIt is the customers obligation to provide correct shipping information at time of purchase or prior to shipping if that address has changed. I shipped to the only address I had on file provided by [redacted].  We understand her frustration but will not offer any refunds as we fulfilled what she asked. I am rejecting this response because:The craftsman says no refunds on custom orders but he did not build my custom order. He built something else and tried to get me to accept it as the merchandise I ordered.
