*** *** keeps alleging that since I signed the credit card receipt for the that I agreed to it willinglyHe fails to mention the part where it was pouring rain and my friends and I were strandedI did not offer my CC information that nightHe charged me the because he had my CC information on fileI would like my money back, but more so I want customers to beware of this company as I think their business practices are grossly unjust and they offer claims of serviceAt the very least this company needs to be investigated further

We have responded and I will not be refunding any money Because customer used limousine and service was provided in a professional matter and I am not responsible for weather.We have Christian drivers and have faith in honesty and integrity

called her and let  her know that the limousine was going to have a fee for her having changed the terms of the rental agreement she said she didn't care and wanted the  limousine right then so I had the driver go around the block and return all together another hour was used another $100 thus being a total of $200 she agreed we finally dropped them off at another club and I changed her driver for another one and promptly informed her driver that he wouldn't be returning she promptly signed the credit card receipts for the additional $200 which I have her signature. James a new driver finished the job in a torrential downpour seriously a lot of rain.  I have all of the signed documentation which proves her claim has no foundation her schedule was from 7pm to 10pm which  she stretched to 7pm to 12 pm then pick up at 2 am.sincerely, [redacted]owner All Over the Valley limousine[redacted]

Please look at the time on credit card receipt which also had to be picked up by driver during down time costing me more money H2 limousines are not cheap on gas and are not free as she would contend all paperwork is signed by customer almost midnight during overtime hours contract states 7 to 10 pm not 7 pm to 12:30 am???? Again signed by customer saying she agrees to changes. As for [redacted]’s claim that I requested an additional hour of service from the driver, that is untrue. I never made such a request. My party and I were out at the location at the [redacted] pickup; however, the limousine was not there. All over the Valley Limousine Service left my 15 guests and I stranded at a restaurant until I agreed to pay an additional 200.00. I had no other choice but to agree to pay because we were all in the pouring rain, 50 miles from our home. This was, in fact, not a “perfect night” as [redacted] is claiming due to the blatant disregard for common courtesy by his very unprofessional company. In the many times I have been and reserved a limousine service, I have never experienced such a gross disservice to a customer. This is a very shameful business practice by [redacted] and his business to extort money out of unassuming customers.

When I called my driver it was 11 pm and they were still in club and wanted the limousine to continue to wait I think she is completely confused about the time it was not 10 pm as she stated and she still wanted the limousine to return when he went around the block.  To her 10 pm is really 11 pm to me so that is a real issue they were dropped off at another club around midnight I could have charged her to send a different limousine which for the h2 would be $300 per hour but I just asked the driver the go around block and pick them up and told her she would have to sign receipt which she did for additional time.  I sent the Revdex.com signed documentation by the customer and we completed job even though they changed the original contract.sincerely, [redacted]manager

  This person is obviously incompetent and has no professionalism.  It is not possible to compromise with a person that has no knowledge to come to an agreement.  Therefore  I would like to request that all this emails and pictures can be posted online so when a client is looking up reviews of his business they are aware of the type of management they have.  This is a matter of protecting other innocent clients from this kind of "scam" as the owner call it himself!Thanks

This customer was told that in no uncertain terms there was nothing wrong with the limousine we checked the ac and the limousine was could not enter where she wanted it to go into.  A replacement limousine was sent and one of the ladys called the manager an beep hole in Spanish.  We had to...

threaten  to call the police and what was said was if we were wanted to be a jerk of a company we would n't send a replacement limousine we would have the  police called I think there is a language barrier here and plus there was nothing wrong with limousine or driver and service was provided and some of the people were already drunk.
