All Over Towing Incorporated Reviews (7)

I was in a car accident. This company tow my truck to there yard and it was stored there for 2-3 days then tow to the body shop. It was two months after the accident since I seen my truck. The day I want to look at my truck I notice my floor mats and Jack equipment was missing. I ask the body shop manager if that took my mates out of my truck. The manage said no and showed me picture of my truck as just came off the tow truck. The pictures showed that the mats where not there. I call quick pic towing and spoke with the manager and he told me to email the date and time stamped picture to him and he would call me back. I did email him and now he won't call me back. Now I have to take him to court or pay $250 for all the ideams that where taken from one of his employees.

Checked online and they have awful reviews on [redacted] and [redacted]. Wanted to spread the word, Had my truck impounded. Called asked what I needed to do to get my truck back. [redacted] and [redacted] tell me bring down your id after arguing the fact that I wasnt the owner of MY vehicle because when they ran the vin my husbands name comes up, after explaining were both registered owners she tells me ok then (just very rude and condescending the whole time) just bring your id. So I get my family to drive four hours from show low to phx az to help me tow my truck because ive never done this before, get up there and they tell me I need proof of ownership, my registration! Friggn wow. News to me, I thought they knew he was the registered owner becasue they told me he was and I wasnt!! Mind u this is an added fourty minute drive from my house, I eventually end up talking to the owner(?) and he starts telling me theres rules in place and I need to contact dps... what?????? No. Actually your workers need to communicate properly to the customer... especially when they specifically call and ask exactly what they needed to pick up thier truck. But most importantly, Instead of making excuses and talking to me like im stupid, and cussing me out, hanging up on me, scolding me for my husband laughing at them... all just becasue ive never done this. Saying im sorry we should have mentioned that because you called and specifically asked, human error that happens. but no they tried to blame ME and make excuses. Pathetic. Cant even take resposibility for a simple mistake ... beware my ten year old takes more responsibility for her actions. And look at other reviews online some of them are much worse than mine. I called and made a complaint with dps in phx and have left multiple reviews. Hopefully word gets out.

This is a terrible company. Its workers are a complete disaster and they are negligently handling vehicles. They then deny they were responsible even though all the evidence shows they are negligent. They need to have their towing license revoked. Do not let your vehicle be towed by this company.

Review: My car was towed by [redacted] Towing 2/12/15 for 30 day impound. On 3/17/15 I was told that [redacted] now had my car. I contacted [redacted] they said I would need to bring my key to pick up the car because when they picked up the car from [redacted] they did not provide a key. I contacted [redacted] at [redacted] she said their paper work shows their driver never was given a key so she would need to speak to him. On 3/18/15 [redacted] said she spoke to the driver & he confirmed that officer [redacted] did not give him a key. I told her I remember seeing officer [redacted] giving him a key, she refereed me to officer [redacted]. I spoke to officer [redacted] he mentioned to me that he spoke to [redacted] & confirmed with her that he "specifically" remembered giving their driver a key because he felt bad towing the car because my kids were there. I then called [redacted] back she said she did speak to officer [redacted] & she was going to look around the office because she was gone for the day when they brought my car & sometimes the drivers just throw the keys on her desk & they get misplaced. On 3/20/15 I called [redacted] again, she said she had not found the key anywhere, that she had spoken to the driver again as well as checked her paperwork & move confirmed they did not have a key. She mentioned to me that perhaps it was left in my vehicle by the driver to call [redacted] but either way if the key was not located they would pay to have it replaced. She also asked me to give her till Monday 3/23/15 to speak to [redacted] to see if they seen the key in the car. 3/23/15 we spoke again and [redacted] confirmed that their driver did not give the other company a key & there was not a key in the car. I mentioned to her that I needed my car as soon as possible because paying people for rides was getting pricey. She said she understood & felt bad & they were going to take care of it regardless that she just needed to speak to the manager. I mentioned I was going to make another appointment the next day 3/24/15 to pick up the car, she said okay she will see me tomorrow. 3/24/15 I kept calling their office & when she answered she asked me if I spoke to [redacted] again & confirmed that the key was not in the car. I told her I would call them one more time. I spoke to [redacted] she looked at her paperwork & confirmed there was not a key in my vehicle nor was a key given yo their driver. [redacted] mentioned to me that she also confirmed this with [redacted] earlier that day. I called [redacted] back, told her what [redacted] said and [redacted] said she was going to speak to the manager again because he did not want to replace the key even though they lost it. I told her I was coming into the office to speak to them. When I arrived at the office, no one was there. I called [redacted] she said to give her 40 mins & she would come. We left & came back, when we came back there was a guy there with her. I introduced myself to the both of them & we started to discuss the situation & a cop pulled up. The officer asked to speak to her, they spoke. I also spoke to the cop, the mentioned he was just there to make sure this got resolved peacefully. I then turned to [redacted] & mentioned that my key needed to be replaced & I needed their company to replace is being that they lost it & that she said they were going to replace it because of the circumstances. She then got upset & said she never said they were going to replace the key & why would they if their driver did not loose the key, that he left it in the car. I said I needed to speak to the manager & it just so happened that the guy standing there with her the whole time was the manager. I started to explain to him what was going on but he cut me off as if he already knew what was going on & said they weren't going to pay for the key. The officer then said there was nothing he could do & asked me to leave & file a report. I ended paying $240 to have a key replaced that I did not loose & I am asking for restoration for $240. Not only did I have to pay for the key, CD's were stolen from my car, my car was trashed & now runs funny.Desired Settlement: I am looking for restoration of $240 for the key

This Customers vehicle was towed on 2/12/2015 for an [redacted] which is a mandatory 30 day hold for either DUI or Licensing issue. 3511 Holds are generally a breech in contract for Lien holders/financial institutions which is why [redacted] Repossessed the vehicle on 2/24/2015. Our westside lot in El Mirage is managed by [redacted], and she did not hear from the owner until mid March when the owner called to ask where the key FOB was. [redacted] indicated to her that there was no key FOB logged in the office, which typically mean the FOB is left in the console. Just to make sure, she contacted the driver. The driver indicated he left the FOB in the console of the vehicle. SPD officer verified the driver took the FOB as well. When the vehicle was towed, the FOB went with it.Asked the vehicle owner if [redacted] has been contacted to look for the FOB, as they were the last ones to see the vehicle, she states that the vehicle is now at [redacted] Auto Auction in Tolleson and they would NOT let her in to look for it.[redacted] made a spare FOB because her car was going up for auction and needed a key to start it, they subsequently charged her for it. This infuriated the owner to the point of harassing [redacted] with phone calls at least 10 per day. [redacted] asked if she had the second FOB that came with the car, she said she didn't. So, [redacted] decided to call the [redacted] / Repo company to find out about the FOB; But they never responded back to her. [redacted], again mentioned to the owner, that she should contact the Repo. Company and ask for a supervisor, she refused.Vehicle owner threatened [redacted] over the phone saying she was coming up here with her friend to " handle" the situation. [redacted] was instructed by me to have [redacted] arrive to ensure things didn't get violent or out of control. Both the owner AND PD arrived; The officer told the owner that there is nothing he can do and she should not be there; she needed to stop yelling and to leave property immediately because she was trespassing. If there was a real issue she could seek legal counsel or file a small claims suit. She left.A few days later she places this complaint and a horrible [redacted] review in which she fabricates the entire story and the facts surrounding what really happened. It is an incredible waste of time and effort all for a FOB that was left inside the vehicle.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Thank you for your response. My vehicle was impounded for 30 days due to someone operating it whose license was suspended. The lien holder ([redacted]) took my vehicle from [redacted] & stored it at [redacted]. My vehicle was never auctioned nor was it in the process of being auctioned as mentioned by [redacted]. Attached to this email is a Vehicle Condition Report provided by [redacted]. In this report you will find that in the area listed "DRIVEABLE" it is listed as "UNKNOWN". Per [redacted] "UNKNOWN"was listed because there was not a key given to them by [redacted] (originally confirmed by [redacted]) to start the vehicle to check if it was driveable. Also, in the area listed as "KEYS" you will see all indicator's as "N". Per [redacted] if there was a key in the car or anywhere there would have been a "Y" which means yes. I also attached a letter from [redacted] that confirms my car was impounded (not by [redacted]) and all the fee's required for me to recover my vehicle. When a car is going to be auctioned or in threat of being auctioned it is because there was a late payment or lack of payment. Late fee's would be attached to the monies owed to pick up my vehicle but as you can see there are not any late fee's listed in the letter. I am also in contact with Officer [redacted] awaiting a statement to verify it was also mentioned to him by [redacted] that their driver said he did not have a key and was not given one when my vehicle was towed by them. I am still looking for reimbursement from [redacted] for the key that their driver misplaced or lost.

Response:

This vehicle has passed through so many hands since we had possession of the vehicle, couldn't it be entirely possible someone else who had care and custody of this vehicle lost or misplaced this FOB?? How can she be 100% sure that the two other companies didn't lose the key????THE CUSTOMER IS MAKING ONLY AN ASSUMPTION THAT WE LOST THE KEY!!!! Furthermore, the customer has taken to a [redacted] review and LIED saying the employee rummaged through her car, the car was LOCKED!!!!!We maintain our position that the key FOB was left INSIDE the vehicle and it LEFT with the vehicle.

Review: To Whom It May Concern,

Is it really right for towing companies or any company to take advantage of others with their services? Likewise, since when is a towing company allowed to damage a customer’s vehicle and not take up responsibility for their actions, not pay for their damages? Would any of you be willing to accept this type of behavior as standard professional behavior? REALLY! I DON’T THINK THAT YOU WOULD!

On 30 September 2013 at about 10:30 am I, [redacted], called my insurance company, [redacted]’s, Roadside Service to have my car towed to [redacted]. They informed me that All Over Towing company, [redacted], would be assisting with the service and that they would be about an hour in getting to me. At the time I was stranded at [redacted], #[redacted], where I had been for the prior 3 days doing an orientation over the weekend.

At about 11:30 am [redacted], or [redacted] as the owner [redacted] called him, came by with his towing vehicle to take my car away. At the time [redacted], the driver, was also pretty insistent about paying him an extra $5 fee due to the car being towed one extra mile beyond the authorized mileage from the insurance company. Thus, I was obligated of paying $5 per extra mile beyond what [redacted] authorized. At the time, [redacted] also stated he would drop the car immediately if I did not have the fee. I told him I had the extra fee and would pay him when we got to our destination.

Upon arriving, [redacted] and his co-worker of [redacted] were there to receive my car (photographs are available upon request). [redacted] drove in and, after I got out of the vehicle, decided he would drive back out and swing around in front of the shop and back up into the driveway. Upon swinging around in front of the shop on a heavy traffic area, [redacted] lost one of his guards in the middle of the street which I immediately went and picked up. Had I not taken such actions this could have easily led to at least one fatal accident right away……MINIMUM! Additionally, the guard that [redacted] dropped was on the same side that my car was damaged by his truck.

Needless to say, [redacted] backed up into the drive onto a curb which when he went over damaged the right front side of my cars fender. He continued to back up until he finally hit his mark. Afterwards, he took various pictures knowing that he had damaged my car and said he would make out a report and send it in to [redacted] Insurance, which still has not been confirmed. I too took a variety of pictures and made a report with my insurance company, [redacted].

The rest of this matter is described in the “Notice of Complaint & Demand for Reimbursement” document I have written and submitted to [redacted]/Management of All Over Towing via Fax and online at their website [redacted] which I have yet to receive any reply from……..REALLY! How professional is that? Let me guess, you don’t mind, of course you don’t mind being abused in this way. After all, everyone gets into S & M and Sodomy…….RIGHT!Desired Settlement: I don’t deserve to get such service from people that I, the consumer is to entrust. This is completely unacceptable behavior and I expect that you will resolve this right away in a professional manner. If I don’t receive payment in full within a week then I will be forced to take legal action for this situation [redacted], which will include the Revdex.com in your area, the [redacted] and seeking representation for a court appearance with you. I assure you [redacted], $622.85 is quite nominal fee compared to what it will cost you in the long run if cooperation is not rendered. Thank you.

To whom it may concern:

To begin the statements are invalid, misstated, and untrue. Mr. [redacted] was instructed to arrive at [redacted] ( An I Car Certified Revdex.com A+ Rated [redacted] Affiliated Collision Center) Which he did. The owner dealt with Mr. [redacted] directly and offered to perform repairs directly at that moment while he waited. Mr. [redacted] declined. Mr. [redacted] was given 3 additional Collision Centers in the area that have all of the same above accrediations. He refused to comply with any of those recommendations. Mr. [redacted] elected to go to shops of his choosing in Flagstaff and Sedona, have estimates written that are inconsistent with the repairs. Monetary compensation will not be provided based on Demand for Payment, however the option is still open to Mr. [redacted] to visit any one of the 4 Repair Centers that were offered for an immediate repair.

In addition to the Frivilous Demand. I will file Counter Suit for Deformation & Slander based on The last line of remarks made by Mr. [redacted]. against this Organization

Following receipt of this letter unless [redacted] chooses the option of the repair offered this matter is considered closed.

Regards,

Revdex.com Staff/Personnel,

I write and am writing this information to you as a person of Good Faith and Character. I have no reason to be in malicious intent with any of this information or the company, All Over Towing Company, in question. I have never known who these people are until the day of the incident stated in this case. Likewise, I find it quite suspicious that the individual that wrote the message to you does not indentify their self. Which I believe makes his information even more suspicious, fallible, fraudulent and malicious. Thus, if this ghost needs to file a law suit against [redacted], Myself & I for being honest and sincere, then by all means I more than welcome him/her to......it would be my pleasure to question [redacted]’s judgment, character, morals, behavior, honesty, professionalism, and lack of ethics to say the least, in court. I would also like to see how he/she is going to sign the documents for this law suit as a ghost.

Just the same, [redacted], who has identified himself as the owner/manager of All Over Towing Company asked me to go by one of his brother body shop companies to get an estimate on the damage done to my car by his employee. First of all, I was living in Sedona, Arizona at the time and happened to be going by the body shop company in Phoenix at the time. This was the only reason I went out of my way to cooperate with [redacted]. Otherwise, it would be ludicrous to do such a thing. I would not dream of driving over 100 miles out of my way to get an estimate done for the damage done to my car. It would make a lot more sense to go to those companies where I’m living at to do so instead. Again, I believe it’s pretty insane for me to go out of my way to ensure that [redacted]’s responsibilities are catered to rather than the damage done to my car.

Yes, that’s correct, I refused to go over 100 miles out of my way to have an estimate done for the damage done to my car, when instead there are several companies nearby that can do just as good of a job or better. I would not have been, nor am I now being compensated for my time, gas and efforts to say the least. Any insurance company would ask me to do the same, to go to the nearest body shop and get an estimate done. That’s just common sense and professionalism.

Remember [redacted], YOUR EMPLOYEE DAMAGED MY CAR, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND, AND I DIDN’T ASK HIM TO DAMAGE MY CAR EITHER! THERE’S NOTHING INVALID, MISSTATED OR UNTRUE ABOUT THIS STATEMENT. AND, THIS IS WHAT THIS WHOLE CASE IS ABOUT. Or, did [redacted] forget this morals and values? Or, could it be that [redacted] is going out of his way to ensure this case goes his was because he does not have any vehicle insurance for his tow trucks? Thus, the less he has to pay out of his pocket for damages done to my car the better. Additionally, it’s funny how my last name in his/her prior statement to the Revdex.com is spelt “[redacted]” at times, then “[redacted]” at other times…….what does that tell you? Again, I shouldn’t have to go out of my way at all to pay for [redacted]’s responsibilities in any way, shape or form.

Finally, initially when [redacted] and I talked I made it very clear to him that I would be requiring monetary compensation for damages done to my car. He completely understood and he did agree to those guidelines. As with a prior case whereby another ran into my car, the insurance company was quick to have someone come over to my place of residence and have an estimate done for the damage done to my car. And, since I am the only owner of my car, they sent me a check soon thereafter.

By the way, the owner/manager of the first body shop that I did go to as per [redacted]’s recommendation offered to fix my car by bending the bumper out with his hands alone. HELARIOUS! Ok Hercules, WHATEVER! Then when he discovered that he could not do so with his hands, nor could his co-worker, he decided to give me an estimate of fixing my car for a total of $52. WHATS’ WRONG WITH THE PICTURE……CAN WE SPELL CROOKED!

Again, I demand that the damages done to my car be compensated for immediately, in monetary terms! Again, I am the only owner of my car. Likewise, I demand that [redacted], owner of All Over Towing Company make payment to me of at least $1103.64, plus money I have spent for other fees including copies, fax, gas. Etc. (Again, I do have pictures of the damage done as well, available upon request). Thanks……

Response:

The resolution offered to the customer did not meet his satisfaction, However, the resolution offered to repair the vehicle by the repair shop he visited which could have been done on location and as a reminder he did not choose to have the repair completed was clearly his choice. This would have been more than a satisfactory repair which would have concluded this issue.

God Speed,

Review: I had a flat tire and contacted my insurance company and was told to expect the truck in 60 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later I called to see the status. I was told another 30 minutes. At this point they are an hour past their due time. 35 minutes later the driver calls and says he is on his way. 45 minutes later the driver the driver calls and says he is at Johnnie Rockets next to the Harkins and where am I at Theater. I asked him if he was in Tempe, he said yes. I live in central phoenix, no where near where he is at. He blamed it on his GPS.I told him my address again. He then said he was on my way, I asked him to tell me my cross streets. He said 7th ave and Thomas. Wrong again. I said I wanted another driver, he said they only had 3 and he was the closest. I hung up and called dispatch and told he bring another driver ASAP. She want on this rollercoaster bout it being hot and busy. I told her again bring another driver, she said she will try to find someone else. Another driver called me about 20 mins later and said he was 10 mins away. THis guy had me move my car 4 times and jacked up my car 5 times. He even tried to jack up my car via the plastic side piece. Not a winning combination.Clearly he didn't know what he was doing. Once he was done, I called dispatch to complain about the poor service. I was told the owner would call the next day. He never did. So I called back that evening and was passed around and then was almost passed off to someone who was not the owner. NOPE noting going to happen. I was told the owner would call, no one else is acceptable at this point. Again, I was told I would get a call the next day. No Call.Desired Settlement: I was told the owner was going to contact me the next day and never did. I want written apology and a phone call.

Response:

I had some difficulty deciphering the details of the story, however what I was able to take away is, our company being late for the service. Typically we can provide service for most circumstances within one hour however, we clearly state to whoever requests service this is an estimated time of arrival. It appears as though the driver did arrive and carry out the service request. There are circumstances that are involved in Emergency Roadside Assistance that takes precedence, in this case we received multiple requests for other services at the same time. The dispatchers who as stated in the complaint tried to explain to Mr. [redacted] that there would be a delay since he was at a safe location while servicing other individuals who were in life threatening situations broken down on the freeway.

I would like to offer my apologies to Mr. [redacted] in writing as requested, and if in the future he is in need of service again we will surely make his request a high priority!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[ I will not accept a canned response as a form of an apology.

Lets go point by point

Quik/Pik-Typically we can provide service for most circumstances within one hour however, we clearly state to whoever requests service this is an estimated time of arrival. It appears as though the driver did arrive and carry out the service request.

Me- When was this "clearly stated" to me? It was not. It was never addressed as to why the driver was in Tempe and my location was in central Phoenix. It was also not talked about the poor behavior of the driver ie. talking on his cell phone while he is jacking up my car, not knowing how to jack up my car and have to do it multiple times.

QuikPik-There are circumstances that are involved in Emergency Roadside Assistance that takes precedence, in this case we received multiple requests for other services at the same time. The dispatchers who as stated in the complaint tried to explain to Mr. [redacted] that there would be a delay since he was at a safe location while servicing other individuals who were in life threatening situations broken down on the freeway.

Me- First it was a baby locked in the car in a grocery parking lot now its on the freeway. Which story are you going to go with next? Spacecraft stuck on mars? And once again what about the delay of the driver going to Tempe and calling me and saying he was at my location when I was in central phoenix? Sounds like incompentence, not a "life threatening situation".

I was promosed my the dispatcher they I would recive a call from the own. The very next day. I called back the next day and was told the next day. This phatom has not called and reached me or left a voicemail.

This towing company wrapped a towing chain around my muffler and destroyed the muffler. I have taken pictures of the damage but cannot figure out how to upload it. The towing company is dishonest and not paying my damage claim, which they caused due to negligence.
