 I read the business point of view. That person is very dishonest. When I spoke to the manager I was calm and explained the situation to her. She said there is nothing she can do. That's when I told her that's not fair to treat a customer that way and I told her that I will report her business to "Revdex.com" and take her to small claim . I am a Christian and own a nonprofit that help orphans in Haiti. I don't want to fight these people I turn the case over to God He will take care of them.

The service for the inside main sewer line was completed properly.  Our technician snaked the drain from the second floor toilet (not the first floor as the customer stated in his complaint) and cleared a blockage of hair and paper from the inside main sewer line. Two days later I received a...

call from the customer stating that the toilet on the first floor was not flushing properly.  I sent a technician to the residence. The technician assessed the issue by running multiple drains in the residence. All other drains worked properly, it was only the toilet that was having an issue. It is not possible that we blocked the first floor toilet when snaking the main from the second floor. Had the blockage on the first floor been from our initial visit, it would have been in the main line and NOT just the toilet so other drains would have been backing up. This is a completely separate thing from the work previously done that is why there would be an additional charge.  Customer was angry and yelling at me on phone while I was attempting to offer a solution that worked for him. He proceeded to threaten me with lawsuits and lied about what work was done and who was onsite with our technician. Due to these factors, I made the decision that the customer was far too hostile to send a technician back to the residence and told the customer we would be unable to help him at this time.We provide a guarantee of all work that we complete. Unfortunately, this customer did not understand that the guarantee does not cover every drain issue in the house.
