The service for the inside main sewer line was completed properly Our technician snaked the drain from the second floor toilet (not the first floor as the customer stated in his complaint) and cleared a blockage of hair and paper from the inside main sewer lineTwo days later I received a call from the customer stating that the toilet on the first floor was not flushing properly I sent a technician to the residenceThe technician assessed the issue by running multiple drains in the residenceAll other drains worked properly, it was only the toilet that was having an issueIt is not possible that we blocked the first floor toilet when snaking the main from the second floorHad the blockage on the first floor been from our initial visit, it would have been in the main line and NOT just the toilet so other drains would have been backing upThis is a completely separate thing from the work previously done that is why there would be an additional charge Customer was angry and yelling at me on phone while I was attempting to offer a solution that worked for himHe proceeded to threaten me with lawsuits and lied about what work was done and who was onsite with our technicianDue to these factors, I made the decision that the customer was far too hostile to send a technician back to the residence and told the customer we would be unable to help him at this time.We provide a guarantee of all work that we completeUnfortunately, this customer did not understand that the guarantee does not cover every drain issue in the house
