Initially we were corresponding with [redacted] , a representative of the bank that is responsible for this Customers Family Trust which is where the financial means to improve their patio door. We were under the impression that's Mr [redacted] had Mrs [redacted]'s proxy. As he was an advocate for mrs....

[redacted] and he was a representative of the financiers. After providing an estimate with a couple different options to mr. [redacted] we then collected a deposit from him began ordering the materials which are coming from 3 different sources as a pet door and pool barriers are aftermarket products that are not installed on manufacturers doors. We were contacted by Miss [redacted] who was dissatisfied with Mr [redacted] and she informed me that he did not have her proxy and was not an advocate for her her exact words and she was upset that she did not get to make the decisions on what product was going in to her home. All of this interference and miscommunication led to prolonging the installation of the door. We have felt bullied and pressured by 3 or 4 different people in regards to this matter when in fact we have just been confused by everyone in their camps miscommunication and misrepresentation. Once we got back on track our installer experienced an injury which would have delayed the installation by one more day. Out of frustration they demanded it be installed on the day that we had said it would be installed not one day later there for me and had another installer complete the door installation. The door is not too small the opening was too large. This is our specialty it is not open to interpretation from people who do not have experience with our specialty. Furthermore because of all of the confusion provided from their camp the pet door glass was not going to be ready by the installation date. Luckily the pet door glass can be installed after the sliding glass doors installed. So I informed them of that issue. I said that I would come out the following Saturday with the pet door glass and complete the remaining services which is the installation of the pool barriers and the glass inset pet entry. At the same time I would then put on the app for mentioned handle which is also an aftermarket products as the manufacturer provides a black handle. They have a pool gate a fence around their pool it is not required for them to have the pool barriers that we are installing. We are installing them at the request of mrs. [redacted] who wanted those features on the door. We here at All Patio Doors and More are very pleased that she made the decision to get the aftermarket pool barriers in addition to the fact that she has a pool gate. We are proceeding as planned to complete the service on Saturday. Upon completion of the service we expect to be compensated for the remaining balance. We had informed one of the representatives of mrs. [redacted] that we wanted to speak only with him being vince. The reason for that was simply avoiding the confusion that we experienced. It is absolutely unacceptable,  and the behavior that was displayed by multiple people from their camp towards our office personnel. We do not appreciate the bullying the yelling the demands that were displayed by their personnel as a result of reasons beyond our control. And I cannot help but say this one more time, the door is the appropriate door is the appropriate size it is what they ordered the opening was too large as a result of it having a French door originally. French doors have a wooden jamb that is bulkier than aluminum sliding glass doors jamb. We do not accept appreciate the ignorant claim that we had ordered and installed a door that was too small. It is the correct industry standard with a net frame size of 71 1/2 × 79 3/4. It is protocol to shim the door jamb when necessary.

First of all, I have had it with his relentless attack on my professionalism, my integrity and my honesty. It is brutal at best. Not the aggression, my honesty is brutal.
 • I absolutely did not say or imply that I knew the glass was defective. The glass is exact quality as the glass provided by the manufacturer of that sliding glass door. It is a custom piece of glass by custom insulated unit with internal 5527 Low e coating from [redacted]. As a custom piece of glass during the process of fabricating the entire inflated unit there is a risk of the internal load film becoming damaged during the process of tempering for example. Someone fabricated the unit after their quality control failed to see the defects. That is a simple warranty claim that I could have taken up with the fabricator. They would have built another units and certainly inspected it better from the discovery of the defect. I absolutely did not know the glass was defective it is very minimal. What I did say, here's your honesty is that I would have still install the glass knowing there was a defect because I would have informed my client of said defect and then came out with the corrected unit at a later date. That statement was manipulated by his representative to sound as if I was trying to be deceptive.

 • no where on our website does it say we are a licensed contractor who is registered with the Registrar of contractors. It states that we are licensed bonded and insured. We have a business license we are licensed business not a contractor do not have a contractor's license. Our installers to have contractors license they are subcontractors. We have a business license. Are we clear on that now.

 • as for the damage that I supposedly caused to the door frame, that's just a misconception on the part of the representatives of the client. What did occur was some scratching into the upper inside a channel in which the fixed panel is secured into the sliding door system. When the fix panel was installed in the process they managed they being the installer managed to scrape the inside of the channel in the top. I would have repaired the paint finish had I been given the chance.
 • as for the return of our materials I presume that that would have happened by now considering that it's been over a month. O wait a minute I forgot its difficult to find one company who can install a sliding glass door with the self closing self latching pool features and accompanied by and in glass Pet entryway. My bad. I was not asked directly for a return of the deposit provided by the client. Rather than that they went after my merchant services and my bank account. I would not have been opposed to returning a majority of the deposit had I been given the chance directly and most definitely at the return of my materials. Another prime example of the aggression that I have experienced from my client and his client. Now you just add slander on top of that to boot. I have in total 13 man hours invested in the actual installation of the products my Client purchased. I charge $125 an hour for my expertise  replacement repair restoration. When there is to be multiple hours involved I provide a quantity discount of those. Particularly a returning customer would pay $85 an hour for my services and a quantity discount for multiple hours involves.
Currently I have no more time today for this matter. Please advise what further action is required. I imagine that after working together on several projects over the years that my client would at least be familiar with and respect honesty and my integrity. I may be passive by nature and that is a characteristic I fail to conceal; however one thing I do not tolerate is bullying and a deliberate attack of my character with malicious intent.

Regards,

I have had a difficult time reaching this company. All except one of the calls have been made by me and it is like pulling teeth to get any information, for example an estimate and delivery date. The last time I tried to call them the voice mail was full. Window and balances are "supposed" to be installed tomorrow and I haven't received a promised email estimate or a call to schedule installation. This is A+, Revdex.com Accredited?!

Review: Extremely poor customer service, attention to detail and follow-up with issues. We have contracted with All Patio Doors & More to install a sliding patio door, with a pet door and some upgrades. The owners of the company have repeatedly delayed installation. When installed, the door was the wrong size, the door handle was the wrong color and installation required additional framing to make it fit properly. We are still awaiting installation of a dog door, proper pool barriers installed and upgrades to the rollers and track - all agreed upon when we contracted with this company. Without the pool barriers installed, there is now a serious pool risk due to children in the house and unrestricted access to the pool area. The owners now avoid our calls and today they actually hung up on me. Communication with this company, when they answer the telephone, is nearly impossible. They are defensive, offensive and rude.Desired Settlement: All Patio Doors & More should complete this project properly and immediately. The excuses, delays and poor customer service cannot be resolved, but the door project can be completed and made right.

Review: I engaged All Patio Doors & More to repair a shattered patio door in late October. They came out to assess the damage, boarded up the door and told me they would call me the following day to schedule installation. I did not hear from them for several days. I called and emailed with no response. Several additional days passed. They finally called and stated their installer was sick and they would call me again to schedule. Lack of contact from the business continued until I finally requested a refund. it took me stating that I would pursue legal action before they finally responded. They stated they sent a check with signature required on delivery. I received a notification over a week later and went to the post office to pick up the check but they stated the check had been returned to the business by that time. I contacted them again asking for a refund. They initially stated they could still install the door and asked if I was available the following day. I said that I would be at work and asked them for a refund or a reschedule. They have not responded. I called them today and again had to state I would pursue legal action to even get them to pick up the phone. When they did pick up the phone the woman screamed at me and told me they had done all they could to get me my refund. They have a $200 deposit and I have received zero service or repair to my door.Desired Settlement: I would like this business to refund my $200 deposit immediately.

Review: Company removed 3 screen doors the week before Christmas and said that they would be re-screened and returned by end of the year. Three weeks into 2015 I still had no screen doors and zero communication from them. After my repeated attempts they came out and installed. None of the locks lined up so I had to call to request that the job get completed properly. After one missed appt their installer texted and apologized and offered $50 off my total invoice due to the hassle. I thought that was very courteous and setup a time for him to come back out and properly align the locks. He missed yet another appt. Finally he came out and aligned 2 of the 3 locks and told us he had to order from the manufacturer a new lock for the other door because they had misplaced the lock during the re-screening process. Two weeks later and still no lock and 2 more missed appts.Desired Settlement: I simply want the lock that I am owed since they lost it as well as the $50 credit off my invoice that was promised by their installer. The re-screening was done quite well but the utter lack of respect for scheduling and having my wife have to adjust her work schedule to be home since they need to install and align lock from the inside has cast only bitterness on this job.
