Back in November right around Thanksgiving we squeezed in [redacted] mothers dogs because of the death of her husband she wanted them groomed so they could attend the funeral. She had commented on arrival the dogs were not themselves due to the passing. During grooming Norman was very antsy and...

uncooperative which was not him because we had been doing them a couple of years with no issues. I nicked the pad of his foot less than the size of a dime. I put styptic powder it had stopped upon going in the house when he was finished it was spotting again. Mike went back in the house and applied styptic again that the owner provided instead of ours. Unfortunately we received a phone call later that day that she took him to the vet, doctors can not stitch pads so they just wrapped it and gave antibiotics. Also made owner come back for standard rechecks. I offered to pay half the vet costs and [redacted] did not want that she wanted full compensation and was very rude and continued to slander our name on Facebook. We were and are still willing to work with her on resolving this unfortunate situation.
