I had inadvertently caught a skunk in my squirrel trap Removing it myself was out of the question I found "All Paws" online and gave them a call They came out immediately for a removal I do not recommend trapping skunks yourself as the All Paws folks have special traps for thisThe gentleman transferred the skunk to one of their containment cages and he was off to a new home! This truly beats the skunk that ended up dead in my neighbors yard The pricing was reasonable and the skunk and I couldn't be happier I will definitely be calling again for any future wildlife problems

All Paws helped us when no other company would even return our calls! We had a family of raccoons living in our attic this summer and we were unsuccessful in removing them on our own We started calling wildlife removal companies and no one was available to help us Then we discovered All Paws and *** came out and set a trap that very day! Over the course of several weeks he was able to remove all of the raccoons and even came to our house on the 4th of July to rescue one of the babies that we discovered wandering in our yard I really liked that we only had to pay for the setup of the trap, then a fee per animal captured - instead of a big pricey flat rate like some of the other companies charge We will certainly call them again if we have a need for their services and we will recommend them to others

Today I reached out to AllPawsWildlife to schedule another visit to address a problem that was looked at, but not resolved, this time last year We have had a noisy rodent in a bathroom wall for over monthsthe sound and location were verified several times by *** and another technician when they were at the house The problem was never "fixed" because a "point of entry" was not found
When I called today, I asked for the previous problem to be looked at again and also said that there was a second problem area to be addressed
***'s first response was to quote me a price for a house call Said he didn't know if boss would want him to proceed with visit since company was not paid previously As I tried to continue to "talk thru" the problem and strategy with him, he offered only two suggestions(1) Cut a hole in my wall to insert a trap; or (2) Call another company for help When I asked him to have his boss (company owner) call me, he said that "he (***) was hired so that *** didn't have to deal with customers"
This is supposed to be a company which offers "service" in private homestheir service was horrible, rudeand in no way helpful I would not want them in my home I will share my experiences with friends and co-workers so that they don't waste their time or endure the experience that I did

For the second time in a year, I had some issues with squirrels invading my attic. Due to circumstances beyond their control, the company I had used to address the issues back in the spring was unable to follow-up. They recommended All Paws, and when I saw the great Revdex.com rating, I was sold. I called and [redacted] agreed to come out the very next day (he actually offered to come the same day, but I simply couldn't work that out on my side). They were running late due to another job, and didn't arrive until after dark. I was a bit worried about how they would be able to do anything, but quickly had those fears relieved. Wtihin 15 minutes of arrival, they had identified exactly where the entry points were, and they set to work on getting the resolution. It made for a long night for them, but they never complained. They returned later to follow-up and finish the job, and since then I have been living in blissful silence.

I could not be happier with the service performed, nor with the overall attitude and consideration shown by the technicians at All Paws. If you have any wildlife removal needs whatsoever, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Oh, and one other important point to note - they were very upfront with me about the cost involved. Having gone through this before, I was well aware that the initial quotes can carry a bit of sticker shock. But when you consider the service they perform, it really isn't at all unreasoanble. And there were absolutely no hidden fees whatsoever. I paid exactly what I was quoted over the phone during that very first conversation.

They definitely understand the meaning of customer service.

I contacted All Paws a few years ago when I had had a really negative experience with a national pest control company and was in desperate straits, as we had been pretty much abandoned by the previous company. In contrast to the other company, they called me back very promptly, and [redacted] came out to inspect my property that afternoon. After I had been told by another company that my roof wasn't safe to walk on (?), [redacted] confirmed that the roof was fine and assessed my property regarding our squirrel issue. He set up traps and not only proceeded to trap a number of live squirrels, he worked with me to make the price as reasonable as possible. Unfortunately, we have quite the squirrel problem here, with a very old, wood-sided house, but [redacted] and All Paws have always been very responsive and helpful over these past few years. We had a problem with squirrels getting in under our home between our HVAC unit and the concrete it was sitting on. They had torn out insulation but thankfully had not eaten any wiring. All Paws put out traps and checked them every coulple of days. Once the squirrel situation was resovled, they sealed up where they had gotten inside and put back as much insulation as possible, picking up what had been destroyed. They came immediately when we called and their service was the best we have ever encountered. We recommend them highly!

They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They were pleasant to talk to and took the time to tell me what they were going to do.. They went beyond the call of duty. They did exactly what I wanted them to do and came back in a week to check the traps and took care of the entrance where the squirrels were getting into. The price was reasonable compared to everyone else that I talked to. I would recommend them to anyone that needs this kind of service.

I found out that I had a raccoon living in my chimney and gave All Paws a call after receiving a recommendation. The were prompt and courteous. They explained their pricing which I thought was reasonable. They set up a trap and caught the raccoon in a matter of days. I was glad to hear that they planned re-locate the raccoon to a sparsely populated wooded area that they operate in. They even repaired the top of the chimney (for a small fee) so that animals could no longer gain entrance to the chimney. I have already recommended them to my son who has some squirrels in an attic space.
