Response:
Customer is an elderly person who thinks by laying he can get more stuff done for free. Agreement was to replace hardware on the door, fix a crack on the ceiling ( customer stated that it was 4" long instead it was 15" long) Replace 1 broken tile in the middle of the kitchen floor not 3 and fix a shingle on his old roof ( he said it was the same one we fixed few weeks ago instead it was on a different side of the roof ) Agreement was for $200 labor and $100 material which was hardware. Total $ 300. When we arrived at his residence his tenant show me 3 tiles that had to be replaced instead of 1. I immediately called Mr.[redacted] to tell him about that but he wasn't picking up his phone(trick of his) Instead he texted me of what is going on. I explained to him that it was not our agreement to change 3 tiles at which he responded "The sh..t needs to be done" We have text massages to prove it.I said it will cost more for labor, at that point he got mad and was trying to play his other card on me which is "the attorney will take care of it". We still did the job we originally agreed to and Mr. [redacted] never paid us. I really feel sorry for the guy because he's trying to play a big shot but the truth is ,he will fight over a hundred dollar bill as we can see in this complain. He even has three apartments in his two family house that he rents so he can get more money. I don't care about the $200 he owes us but I am glad we never have to work for him again.

I am rejecting this response because: None of this is true. first of all I didn't realize I was elderly. I don't believe Perfectly Done is licensed ,or insured by the State of NJ.Additionally they refuse to provide a hourly rate for service ,constantly buy substandard materials. This vendor is unwilling to provide a firm fixed price for work, which opens the door for unjustified change orders.
