action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I did as asked by All Performance and brought the car back for the 4th time explained the issues. Was told 3 times car was old and will act like it is and was told to purchase a new engine for approximately $700.00 and was told they have cars for sale. I let them try and fix issues and took it for a 57 mile test drive after 30 miles engine light came and it started to smoke real bad. I took it back for the 5th time time and they checked the engine light and 1 of the mechanics said a different engine was supposed to be in that car and that it needed a O2 sensor and engine block test his boss told him just override it because they were not putting in an $80,00 part This was all said and done in front of a witness.
Originally it was brought in for a tuneup and had a light stream of smoke now it is one giant smoke screen. I have 4 witnesses that can truthfully state condition of car before bringing it there originally, I AM FINISHED WITH THIS COMPANY AND WILL NOT RETURN AGAIN IF ASKED. My car has never ran or been treated like this before. WHAT IS NEXT STEP ???

What would you recommend that I do to settle this case? We have had the customer come in three different times to attempt to make him happy. The vehicle is old and was smoking some when it came in. After a tune up was done, he claims that it smoked worse, Thats becuase now his issues are not hidden behind other issues. The car needs a new motor and we explained this to the customer but he will not accept that/

We have contacted the Customer and advised him to bring the vehicle back in and we will address the issues to his satisfaction.
