there was an issue with how Bell shipped my new phone to metheir customer care line didn't offer me a satisfactory resolution, so I tweeted to the Bell Support *** accountafter I recounted my experience to them, they presented me with a resolution that was much closer to what I wanted to see
Bell has the worst customer service. As a customer that has been with Bell since 2006 they do not value your loyalty. I was hoping to upgrade my phone since my plan expired with the existing plan that I have but Bell does not want to do so. They want to raise my plan 25 dollars because I want to upgrade, which does not make sense. [redacted]. I have been with them for almost 10 years and they want to offer me a plan that is being offered to new customers. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I hope this review is helpful.
I decided to part ways this month with bell mobility due to issues with my cellphone plan. I have been a loyal customer to this company for 3 years and the best they could offer me was a regular $65 plan that I could get with any company to start with. I asked bell to remove my smartphone insurance and they refused to unless they removed the 1gb of data add on that I had on my plan saying its not compatible with the system. I told them id leave if they did that, so after 5 minutes they said they figured out a way to let me keep the 1gb of data and remove the insurance. After a month I get a text saying ive gone through 95% of my data, I looked online and saw that my 1gb of data add on was removed without any notice. I was paying $61 at the time. Anyway I called in to cancel my plan, but the customer service rep said that if I waited a month I would be eligible for a loyalty plan which would be much cheaper than my current plan. So I waited a month only to get a $65 plan is the lowest I could get with 1gb of data. I was paying less previously. Bell has good reception, but its expensive and being a loyal customer does not pay off.
