I decided to part ways this month with bell mobility due to issues with my cellphone planI have been a loyal customer to this company for years and the best they could offer me was a regular $plan that I could get with any company to start withI asked bell to remove my smartphone insurance and they refused to unless they removed the 1gb of data add on that I had on my plan saying its not compatible with the systemI told them id leave if they did that, so after minutes they said they figured out a way to let me keep the 1gb of data and remove the insuranceAfter a month I get a text saying ive gone through 95% of my data, I looked online and saw that my 1gb of data add on was removed without any noticeI was paying $at the timeAnyway I called in to cancel my plan, but the customer service rep said that if I waited a month I would be eligible for a loyalty plan which would be much cheaper than my current planSo I waited a month only to get a $plan is the lowest I could get with 1gb of dataI was paying less previously Bell has good reception, but its expensive and being a loyal customer does not pay off
