[redacted] first visited our establishment on 1/28/and has returned additional times (for a total of appointments)The most recent appointment on 6/2/was for a cat bath as well as cat claws product to be put on each cat (both front and back claws)The total bill was for $ -- $each for the cat bath and $each for the cat clawsOn June 2, Mr [redacted] dropped off Leonard and Olivia in a carrier together (bringing with him an empty carrier)He indicated at the time of drop-off that Leonard was particularly "moody" that day and wanted to ride in the same carrier with Olivia so he brought them in the same carrier and asked that we try to put them in individual carriers after their services were completedLeonard was indeed seemingly stressed during his requested servicesWe did manage to get him bathed and his nails applied -- and we attempted to dry him with both our hand dryer and our cage dryer but he became incredibly distressed -- so we decided to towel dry him the best we could and let him air dryThe only portion of his body left damp at all at the time of pick up was his hind legsAll other services requested were completed.Mr [redacted] had made arrangements with someone else to pick the cats up when they were readyThis individual returned separate times (the first time being only minutes after the initial drop-off at 12:p.mfor a p.mappointment)This individual was instructed that it would take hours and we would contact him when the cats were readyHe returned more times inquiring about the status of the cats -- and being told the same thing each time he returnedOnce complete, at the time of pick up, the individual responsible for pick up about Leonard's issues during his grooming appointment and that his legs were still a little damp due to not tolerating the dryers (and our not wanting to stress the cat out during his appointment with us)The individual picking up did not have an issue with this and did not discuss any concerns.Mr [redacted] called our salon later that same evening and left any angry message that he had not been told anything about them being wet and claimed our staff had not told them at the time of pick upWe returned his call and spoke with him on Monday morning (when a manager was available to address his concerns)At that time, he was extreme angry and was cursing at our staff memberShe restated that his cat was very stressed during the drying process and that we did towel dry his cat and the cat was checked before leaving and only his legs were a little dampEven though we firmly believe our staff adequately provided all requested services for Mr [redacted] , we posted a $credit to his account to be used against a future grooming serviceAs stated in our contract, we do not grant refunds on services rendered (see attached)

[redacted] first visited our establishment on 1/28/17 and has returned 2 additional times (for a total of 3 appointments). The most recent appointment on 6/2/17 was for a cat bath as well as cat claws product to be put on each cat (both front and back claws). The total bill was for $160...

-- $50 each for the cat bath and $30 each for the cat claws. On June 2, Mr. [redacted] dropped off Leonard and Olivia in a carrier together (bringing with him an empty carrier). He indicated at the time of drop-off that Leonard was particularly "moody" that day and wanted to ride in the same carrier with Olivia so he brought them in the same carrier and asked that we try to put them in individual carriers after their services were completed. Leonard was indeed seemingly stressed during his requested services. This individual was instructed that it would take 4 hours and we would contact him when the cats were ready. He returned 2 more times inquiring about the status of the cats -- and being told the same thing each time he returned. Once complete, at the time of pick up, the individual responsible for pick up about Leonard's issues during his grooming appointment and that his legs were still a little damp due to not tolerating the dryers (and our not wanting to stress the cat out during his appointment with us).
