Installed Air Conditioner in with year warranty and year service warrantyThe air conditioner is currently not working properly and they have avoided doing a service call per the terms of the warranty

Review: The company came in to set up an HVAC system in December; he hooked up the heating system and was to return in the spring to complete the AC. He came in to deliver the AC units and asked that we call him back to hook them up once the electrical was completed. He stated he would come in after 1pm on June [redacted], 2013. My husband left him several messages and he never called back. We have a 2-year-old child and a dog; we have been in the house without AC for the past two weeks and it has been extremely hot. We paid him over 80% of what was owed. We called another contractor to get an estimate to complete the job. We were told that the job that was started would never pass inspection and several things need to be fixed and replaced. ALL PHASE AIR CONDITIONING used material that wasn't suitable for the job. He used (dryer tubing) for a vent for heating/AC, this doesn't take a genius to see that it was the incorrect vent. When he installed the tubing, even I questioned why he used it, he stated that the closet doesn't need anything bigger than that. The tube would have never withheld the heat and I would have had to replace the walls. We are extremely dissatisfied with the service we have received from ALL PHASE AIR CONDITIONING. This was not a cheap investment.Desired Settlement: We would to receive the money that will be owed to the contractor completing the job. In the end we will be paying for two sets of installations. This is ridiculous and uncalled for, How does someone run a business like this. They should be ashamed of themselves and maybe close shop if they dont know how to complete a job.

All Phase Airconditioning Corp had every intention in completing the airconditioning job in a timely fashion at [redacted]) .We installed the two A/C compressors not knowing that the electrical contractor never completed the electric for the A/C units. We now had to reschedule to come back for another day. Spoke to the homeowner as per our conversation .told them we were very busy due to the heat wave and that it would be taken care of. It is unfortunate that the homeowners patience grew thin and could not wait for us to complete the job. We were never notified that they would call another company to complete the A/C job and not give All Phase Air a opportunity to finish the job. We do not feel responsible for payment remburstment due to the fact we were never contacted, and another company completed the job.

I,[redacted] (home owner of [redacted]) was never informed by [redacted] that he wasn’t able to show up due to a heat wave. The last time that I spoke to [redacted] (owner of ALL PHASE AIR CONDITIONG) he stated that he would be coming to my home after 1pm on Tuesday June [redacted], my wife stayed home and waited for him that day. I called him that evening and left a message. When we had spoke I had told him that he needed to turn on the units, left up the units in the attic and to bring the vent covers. He needed to finish the job and was only waiting for a $500 balance. He once again took the majority of the money hasn’t had the decency to give me a call. I have called him twice each day for over a week and left messages on his phone [redacted]. We had another company come to give us an estimate to complete the job and we are still waiting on them for the price of what it will cost us to have this mess cleaned up. I don’t feel that this complaint has been resolved. They took our money and ran with it. Once again we still have not received a phone call from [redacted] explaining why he never showed up on June [redacted].
