It may look a little messy but this is the place to go for good honest work. I'm a customer for life there. American, Japanese, my Mercedes it doesn't matter they can fix it right.

Review: My brakes failed on a 1963 Volkswagen Bug so I took it to All Phase Auto & Smog in Colfax, CA at 301 Hwy 174. A month later, the owner called to say that I had a front end issue and it needed to be fixed. I had not received a work order or estimate. I kept calling for an update on my car. On March 15, 2014, after many eye witnesses informed me that the mechanic was joy riding around town in my car, I finally found it at the mechanic's girlfriends house. It was totally vandalized with grey spray paint in graffiti all over the car. I spoke with the owner of the shop and he said he had no liability and had nothing to do with it and to talk to his mechanic. The mechanic texted me and told me to bring the car back to the shop NOW or he would come looking for me. I have 3 quotes on what it would cost to repair the vandalism from reputable auto body shops for $ 11,221.95,$ 9,263.39 & $ 9,035.41. I have exhibits of text messages from the owner stating he has no liability for this and exhibits of text messages from his mechanic threatening me. I just want my car repaired.Desired Settlement: I would like the owner to pay for the repairs from one of the reputable auto body shops that I have quotes from to fix my vehicle.
