I am surprised in many ways by the response written by All Phase Contracting. I have attached text messages and outbound phone calls that went completely unreturned. There is one email that I said everything else is great - but it is clearly referring to some of the current updates. [redacted] used a "professional" glass door installer after a week of trying and failing to install the shower doors himself. This company, mentioned in the response by [redacted], will probably side with [redacted] because they are sub-contractors, but they actually asked me who installed the shower. They were surprised to hear if was [redacted] and joked about it because he did such a poor job leveling it. They actually had to raise the shower door up to make it uneven with the ceiling (measure it) to match the unlevel stepover area. Any professional that measures it will validate that. The last several lines of [redacted]'s response are outright misleading. He never responded after I send the picture of the molding. I'm glad he acknowledges that I contacted him (several times as evidenced by the attached) and he never reached out. He didn't tell me why it was done this way. The Vanity had a finished kick on the bottom and we never discussed putting anything over it. We agreed to put the side wood up to cover the gaps between the wall and vanity. That's it. Then someone I've never met, shows up with someone who also doesn't speak great English and I had no way of validating what they would be doing. [redacted] was on vacation (they told me this) and he never told me he wasn't coming and he never called to talk me through what woudl be done. He could easily have emailed me back and said - [redacted] and Raf will be there b/c I'm on vacation and here's what they will do. However, his continued lack of focus and communication during the last third of this project created this mess. As you can see from my last upload, there is a picture of the finished vanity that was installed. WHile this is not the actual vanity, it is the same model and shows you the finished bottom section. There is no documentation or any communication from [redacted] speaking about covering the kick area up. It was stained, finished, shiny and new. And now it has unpainted white molding over it. The last part to note is the grout on the accent tile in bathroom. He did this so poorly, but I didnt' know what to do. I did say things were great after this was done because I just wanted him to finish and he seemed to have no way to solve it. I did not indicate I was happy with all of the work. After speaking to the tile company, they believe this will break down because of poor grouting very shortly. I want this fixed as well because it was never done to my satisfaction (which he is well aware of).
Regards,
