*** *** contractor & probably owner of business and I contracted to rehab a house in Calumet City IlI forwarded him 10K to get started on a Saturday 3/19/afternoon at the house to be rehabbed and requested a refund the next morning (Sunday)3/20/He refused and to this day after many conversations on phone and text messages has not refunded my initial depositThis transaction was less than 24hrs old and on the weekend and there is no reason for him to keep the deposit for he has done no work for that deposit in which he claims is nonrefundable which is not stated in contract, which in my mind is rediculusI have complained to atty genThis kind of business practice should be criminal and I am complaining to you the Revdex.com so that no one else is taken in by what I believe is a crookthere should be a RED FLAG on your site for ALL PHASE ELECTRIC AND MECHANICAL and MR***!
