All Phase did a fantastic job installing out [redacted] I heater and air conditioner Maryjane was a pleasure to work with and she was especially helpful in securing us a rebate through the power company They also did a great job installing the outdoor unit Other companies told us that we could not install it against the wall because we did not have room by the chimney This would have meant constantly cleaning snow off of it in the winter months All Phase, however, installed it against the wall with special brackets I am very happy with how much cleaner it looks and the fact that we won't have to worry about snow in the winter

I recently had a no heat situation for one of my rental apartments I contacted All Phase and they understood the emergency nature of the problem They were able to coordinate with me and my tenants to get to the apartment and correct the problem The issue was with the natural gas furnace which ultimately needed a special order part replaced They communicated every step of the way with what they were doing and when they would be doing it, across multiple visits I highly recommend them

We initially asked AllPhase to provide a proposal/estimate for a new oil burner to replace our 30 year old system and, after review and discussion with their staff and review of other estimates,we selected them to install a new [redacted] burner and make connections to our dual-coil solar hot water tank.
A few weeks later, we again selected them to install
two separate [redacted] ductless air conditioning systems. One of these units was installed in the attic
with ceiling vents, in lieu of the typical hanging wall unit, which they designed for us.
Both projects were fairly priced and completed on time
with considerable attention to detail and customer
convenience.

She came to my home and spoke with me and my son. I had to wait a while before starting the project but when I did by the end of November 2015 it was a wonderful experience. They were all so very nice and very professional from start to finish. All work was done and clean when it was all completed. We have had great service for a few years now. We first used Kevin when he was just starting on his own. He first serviced a vintage furnace at my Uncle's house, then my father's furnace, and a year later he began servicing our boiler. We are not local customers for him, but you would never realize it by the prompt, clean, and affordable service they provide. It 's nice to see a true family business be successful by doing business the old fashion and making the customer feel as though it is money well spent.
