I have had other pools resurfaced by different company each time Both times the finishes lasted less than 8-years, and the last 2-years on both I had considerable staining, and huge loss of sandy material in my filter system I won't name either one but they are of the biggest firms in the area The men they sent out to work on both jobs were subs, as when I engaged them in conversation I was told by both crews that they only took the jobs when the other work they normally did was slow They absolutely were not competent
All Phase did extensive prep work to my current pool, applies some kind of a coating that was a gray looking material, but when I asked them about it they said it was an important part of the resurfacing process Neither of the companies that I had used in the past had put this type of material on my pool
The finish I picked was a white with blue quartz material that is giving me a BEAUTIFUL WATER COLOR
They were a couple hundred dollars higher but truth be told I would have even paid more if necessary as I could not be happier with there sales representative, their workers and the company

I am rejecting this response because: A tech did come by as promised. He attempted to repair a second leak he detected. I am waiting to see if it holds before I clear this complaint but I am impressed with the quick response

I have never had such an all round negative experience with a contractor in over years of owning my home From the beginning - sending the crew to the wrong house to begin the job to not showing up for appointments - it's been a total stressful nightmare for over months From top to bottom, salesman to workers a total lack of respect for my property and me I have had appointments to finally receive my final paperwork and water letter and to pay my final payment as well as have someone look at the quality of work on the pool steps, they have not shown up for either appointment and not explained why Now I am being threatened with I haven't made the last payment for warranty purposes Pretty clever to not show up for appointments then claim I have no warranty - hmm not very trusworthy

We had our pool resurfaced by All phase in and by we already had about a hand sized area cracking and coming apartWhen we called to inquire about them fixing it, since we were told we would have a year warranty, we were told we would have to deal with the manufacturer of the productAll phase said they were not responsible
However, we were supposed to file warranty papers with the manufacturer within days after the job was done, problem is no one ever informed us of this, So we were left with no warranty and a company that did the work and could care less that it was falling apart years laterHere we are in and now need the pool resurfaced againI have never dealt with a company as terrible as this in over years of home ownership

All Phase Pool Remodeling did a great job resurfacing our pool, including installing new perimeter tile and some new in-wall steps at the deep end Everything looks so good They were very easy to work with and kept us informed when each part of the work would be done Would highly recommend them to anyone

A service tech from our company dove the pool today and found a leak in the plumbing, which was unrelated to the work we performedThe service tech fixed the leak at no charge to customer

Extremely happy with the performance of All Phase Pool Remodeling, Inc. They were timely in doing the work and kept me well informed of the schedule. They cleaned the project area very well. They followed up to take care of minor issues.

overall experience was excellent, pool came out very nice, phone calls were answered promptly, may I add would receive call prior day of crew coming, staff /work crews from sales rep, office, demolition, tile , inspection, pool surfacing, restarting of pool, clean up, follow up came out were courteous and professional, any questions/concerns were addressed & taken care of very promptly, time frame less than 4 weeks, would highly recommend All Phase

this is the first notification we've received that the pool is leaking after the renovation project was completed. Will have our service department send a diver  out and check our work performed.

To begin let me say that their product is outstanding. That said the customer service is non existent and their scheduling personnel were pretty much clueless.
We started our pool renovation March 2013 .and was told by the salesman that it should take from 2 to 4 weeks. Or renovation was almost completed by the end of June 2014 after untold calls requesting completion (we hired another company to finish up). Schedules were set and never met. BEWARE. There is no one overseeing the job. Each phase was done by a different group of workers and from our experience they don't communicate with each other. In addition, if Spanish is not you 1st or 2nd language I wish you the best of luck. I could go on and on... the pavers sat on our lawn for a month before installation, killing the grass, WE were the quality control, having to request workers come back to correct mistakes (covered ports on 2 locations on pool. NO QUALITY CONTROL.
It's been over 18 months now, pool and deck are beautiful. Called All phase Pool yesterday to ask how to remove a stain, again such poor service. I was told to contact whom ever I purchase my pool chemicals from and ask them. I called the MFG WetEdge Technologies and they were more than happy to take the time to help be resolve my stain issue. It's just a shame we can't recommend All Pool because of their lack of service and poor quality control..
