In response to your letter and complaint from *** ***.This customer decided to breach the contract in order to complete the project himself and owes us $11,There was never any talk of workmanship problems and according to our contract he must give notice in writing along with any
deficiencies that need to be correctedThis was never done in writing nor verbally We were sent off the job before framing inspection and were asked to come back to make a small number of typical correctionsWe agreed to come back and complete the job with a reinstated contract but was told noAs for the roofThe customer took on the roof project himself and paid the roofer to install itI never told the customer to pay any roofers. In short, we were sent away before we could complete our jobThis customer has completed this job himself and now it has problemsWe can't warranty any work that the customer did himself or work he didn't pay us forThis is the only complaint we have ever received in over years of designing and building. Tell us why here...The elevation and floor plan picture posted on our Facebook page were there to show the beginning of a new projectThe pictures were posted on Facebook as we executed the build and our customer even LIKED several of the photos takenAt no point have we been asked to remove these
pictures and only just now have been notified of there wish to not have them on the site through this Revdex.com VenueWe will take them down. As far as the accusation of the review by one of my customers, the customer hired us to do a custom drawing for them and that is all we didI had taken photos of there project for our website and had posted them on Face BookWhen the customer placed the review, she went to the website and copied the wrong photoThen placed it on the reviewI have notified this customer to please remove the photo and the website management is looking into itWe don't post reviews and don't need to use someone else's pictures to promote our businessWe have thousands of project photos we can postThis was just a simple mistake where the wrong project photo was used on another of our projects
