after the first application they were not satisfied.  So we did it again.  After the second applicstion, they were still not happy because of dog hair and floor imperfections, neither of which we can control. All phases spent over 8500 to try and satisfy the client.All Phases feels we met all needs in the contract and we still have a balance of $3,500.We have pictures of the entire Job frol start to finish.We offered a major discount and to come back countless time to try and satisfy the client.  In the end we told them they could keep there final payment of $3,500 since they still were not happy with the final product. We strive to make every customer happy and since 2013 we have had 3 upset customers out of 256.
