I had a contract for kitchen and bathroom amongst other items listed on the contract with ALL PHASES CONSTRUCTION and they failed to uphold their end of the contract. A total of $9,000 was paid to the company with very little progress shown. After the initial payment of 3 payments, 3 days later the All phases construction wanted another payment and the demolition had not even been completed. Their excuse was he had to pay laborers, 2 guys that did nothing but fetch tools and clean. When I agreed to give him 1/2 of the 2nd payment the crew disappeared for 4 days. They then performed a little more demolition and nailed 4 beams to the wall and said it was the shower frame and framed a pantry in kitchen(6 2 x 4's). They also started tiling the bathroom floor with the material I bought with MY money not the contracted money they had been paid. The dragged their feet some more and wanted more money but very minimal progress being shown. Before they took all my money that I was going to need to get another crew I had to relieve them of their duties 4 weeks into the project which was contracted to last 2 weeks.

This must be a joke or something so on that note I have nothing to do with anything with anyone so have a nice day!!!!

This company took $9,000 from. Nothing was close to being completed as demolition still needed to be completed. Electricity wired incorrectly. The pantry was framed incorrectly. They spent no more than $200 on materials which was ridiculous. Once again, I purchased the toilet and bathroom sink that they installed. After the 1st payment, I gave them 1/2 of the 2nd payment 4 days early and they disappeared for a couple of days. With Very little progress..I have pictures from beginning to the moment I kick them out of my house after 3 weeks. This guy wanted 1/2 of the last payment...that was the only joke. I found this co panty to be very dishonest.
