We had asked to do job right away after we sign proposal and owners wanted the oil to run out, I emailed them over the summer several times not to wait until the last minute .We had a letter delivered to our office today telling us they have attorney and we will await a settlement proposals or finishing the job

We had asked All Phrases Mechanical to wait for a week or so to use the oild left in the tank, and couple weeks after that we had asked them to come in and start the job, but they have not done anything except for installing the pipes, it has been over months nowSo just because we had asked them to wait for couple weeks before starting the job, and on top of that we had pain them in full, it give them the right to not doing the job at all and just take the money? Does it even make any sense? Please help us to find the answer whether they will complete the job that they got paid forThank you
