All Phases Painting

I am rejecting this response because:He calls it a difficult job That was becuase I contacted him about the sloppy work he did just applying sample colors Even getting paint on an old family bench that was approximately feet from where he was working The texts he refers to are in regards to the job as he progressed That was before I looked on the northside of the house where the paint was sloppy, where paint was on the windows, the gutter wasn't painted Regarding the pool filters - [redacted] is a liar! [redacted] never looked at our pool filters He admitted he got paint all over the entire filter system, as evidenced by pictures received by me Regarding no paint in the filter systerm, how can he know if he didn't look? In addition, the pool company hired to repair the damage his negligence caused said Mr***'s work was so sloppy and his total lack of care in covering and protecting the pool filter system is the worst they have seen There are still areas of the house that Mr [redacted] has not fixed the paint on I can submit pictures He stated to me on the day he was there (2nd day) to touch up his sloppy work that he would "never not come back" He has failed to respond to both text and email request to come and fix the paint on the main part of the house where the base color is missing and is actually white not the gray of the house color My [redacted] calls me difficult because I want to have good work, complete work, concerns acknowledge and corrected [redacted] has failed in every regard The man is a bully and a terrible painter Futhermore, Mr [redacted] demanded money prior to completion of his work He was aggressive not only towards me, but towards my boyfriend, [redacted] ***, as well The quality of his YET UNFINISHED work and his outrageous attitude speaks to the total lack of care he takes in his work, his inability to deal with people and his failure as a business owner Again, he states I was a difficult person to deal with merely because I wanted the job I paid for to be completed properly I am still waiting for that I doubt he will ever come finish cleaning up his sloppy work, remove paint from the exterior of our pool filter system, replace the damaged filters, take paint of of places it doesn't belong Dealing with [redacted] and All Phases Painting is one for the record and a great learning experience I should have known when he brought his young son along to bid the job He doesn't take his work seriously [redacted]
