Home Warranty has indicated that they terminated the contract with himIf you browse the internet - he has similar complaints from other people - in one case police was involved because of him being suspect in stealing from his customer homeI have filed a small claim court complaint but then he has gone to the court and requested the file to be transferred to Civil Court - mainly to buy time to finish his bankruptcy.I am hoping you will enforce him to comply w/ the agreements we made and refund our money so I can have our AC fixed by another contractor Regards, [redacted]

My wife and I used All Phaze plumbing during the construction of our new homeThere work looks great and there was defiantly no cutting corners with these guysThey were vary tidy and cleaned up nicelyI will continue using them for our future projects and would recommend the same to anyone else

For one I've been working on your property's you also hired unlicensed contractors to do mor a/c work I will complete my my work ther Up to city codes not like your others

I have nothing goodto say about them punch of *** third class rate contractors at best unprofessional, rude,unreliable,and heartless
I don't recommend them at all

we contracted swamp coolors only and feet of duct work as we took coolors off ther bases stands we noticed ther completed rusted out very bad so we told and showed the owners and remember we recieved 2000dollars to buy parts we completely removed all
4 feet 20/20.and had to clean the mess up rust everwere so we ordered new sheet metal from the top off roof too the ceiling and did t-bar work I asked are you going topay for the extra work and material she said no I told her I need to buy your swamps too complete I also asked why did u say go ahead do everything the exiting swamps havent been used for 2yrs and the a/c never it was never hooked up I will resove this matter its a simple I just need to recover the funds for all the extra work

First of all, [redacted] did not communicate to us daily. Most of the time, he did not even answer the phone call from me or my property manager [redacted]. Second, he kept telling us that he will install the remaining 3 AC units soon, but he never did.We do not want lies. We do not want his empty promise that he will do the free work for us. We just simply want the remaining 3 new AC units to be installed within one week as we have new tenant moving in. If [redacted] can not get the ACs installed within a week, then just refund us the balance of $64000. My husband was kind enough to give him more than 2 months to improve his situation. But he doesn't seem to appreciate it instead of taking advantage of his kindness. Just be honest with us once, can you or can you not get the remaining 3 AC units installed within one week? I am sick of this.

this is a scam I called him many times to get my a/c unit  back and I would refund him his 1500 dollars he said no he also told me the court system will take his side because of race this man is real scammer

I just had All Phaze move my toilet and I have to say what a great job they did. The service was friendly and on time and my bathroom was cleaner after they left. Amazing! Not to mention my toilet looks great in its new spot....Thanks All Phaze.

Thanks All-Phaze Plumbing for coming so quickly to install a new toilet. You were very quick and efficient.

My wife and I used All Phaze plumbing during the construction of our new home. There work looks great and there was defiantly no cutting corners with these guys. They were vary tidy and cleaned up nicely. I will continue using them for our future projects and would recommend the same to anyone else.
