with staying in communication with the customer.Meanwhile for the purpose of fairness on the becoming of this exchange case we kindly would like to provide you our perspective:Regarding the progress of the action we took a soon as we were notified the issue by our customer, we would like to emphasize the fact that we evaluated the image he sent to us as fast as possible, and upon noticing the cosmetic issue with the credenza we immediately offered him the exchange optionOur items are made on order if there are none available at stock, and this particular credenza not being available at the stock was needed to be ordered, which we did thenSince the order was made it took the time to be manufactured; and additional time took for it to be shipped from our manufacturing facility to our warehouse, and it arrived just recentlyUpon its arrival our team at the store was notified, and they reached to the customer and asked for the most convenient day/time of the delivery for the exchange purpose.
