I am NOT calling Allpoints Broadband and speak with their customer service representative because they are rude and offer no resolution to the problemThey just want to be argumentive and admit no fault on their end, that's the very reason I turned to Revdex.comMy biggest argument is the company doesn't seem to get; is the fact that unauthorized charges were taken out of the accountYou clearly stated in the last several correspondence that my husband agreed to an $package and charges for & was taken out of the bank account and yet, you offer no explanation as to why these two amounts were taken outI clearly attached the statements from the bankAnd yet we are going around in circlesAnd for a month; I sat here all weekend with limited to no internetI want the plan back on And the monies adjusted accordingly to my accountI don't think my requested is unfair [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: This is the second time I signed up for service with All Poins Broadband formerly know as *** beacaise the service was not strong enough to maintain a reliable xonnection to the internet the first time, I expressed relictance to sign for the two year contract this last time, but I was assured by the installer that A) their tchnolofy was much better than the previous tome and B) they wouls not hold me to the second contract if the service was not working for me. The first days of the grace period the service was.not great, but not so bad that I could not ever.get.to the internet While I continued to pay monthly service fees I was never.able to relaibly get to the internetNumerous service calls were made to AllPoints No resolution was ever able to increase the capability of their service to reliably and consistently allow us dependable access to the internetwhere it wasAt that time, I had no other viable alternative to fall back on. This past September I found a service provider who could offer reliable connectivity With the service provided by this new company, I could not only get to the interent bit I could also work remotely and access my company's VPNIn order to get this service I had to pay over a thousand dollars to get the equipment installed to subscribeI will attach the invoice from the new service provider with the equipment required. I felt that I had paid full price for virtually uselss service for far too long and tjat a termination fee on top of that was unfairI should have been given refunds for the many months I paid for service that I could not use When I called to resolve the billed termiantion fee I was told on two separate occasions by the customer service reprepresentative they they had no authority to retract the fee, only the Billing ManagerI was told that the Billing Manager was not in, a message would be given to the Billing Manager and that he would call meThe Billing Manager never called

I am NOT calling Allpoints Broadband and speak with their customer service representative because they are rude and offer no resolution to the problem. They just want to be argumentive and admit no fault on their end, that's the very reason I turned to Revdex.com. My biggest argument is the company doesn't seem to get; is the fact that unauthorized charges were taken out of the account. You clearly stated in the last several correspondence that my husband agreed to an $89.95 package and charges for 99.90 & 36.40 was taken out of the bank account and yet, you offer no explanation as to why these two amounts were taken out. I clearly attached the statements from the bank. And yet we are going around in circles. And for 89.95 a month; I sat here all weekend with limited to no internet. I want the plan back on 49.95. And the monies adjusted accordingly to my account. I don't think my requested is unfair. [redacted]

The records on the history of this customer’s All Points’ account are documented, complete, and demonstrate that the customer signed a 12 month contract for $89.95/mo on September 27th, 2017. We have nothing more to present at this time. If the customer wants to explore potential options, that’s outside the purview of this forum. They should contact All Points’ Customer Support and ask nicely if there are other options for which they might be eligible.

This customer accepted a contract which offered discounted pricing in exchange for accepting a term commitment for two years of service.  The customer terminated service before the two year commitment expired.  Under the contract, the customer owed an early termination fee of $966....

As a courtesy to the customer, the actual charge was reduced to $500.
