These guys were absolutely incredible! We were about to replace our carpet, but thought we better try cleaning it first since it was so much less costlyI am so glad we didWe have two cats and a dog and there was a lot of "spot treatment" going on, that just didn't do the jobI thought there was no way the stains would come outOur carpet looks brand new again - I can't believe it
Incredibly timely: They gave an hour window for when they would show up, and notified me an hour before they arrived of their exact time of arrivalThey took less than two hours to do the whole upstairs
Thorough: They moved small pieces of furniture (nightstands, coffee tables, ottomans) to be sure they cleaned as much as possible in each room
Detail oriented: they put the chair and large mirror I had on the bed back where they went in the roomI had already picked them up before I got here, and I couldn't believe they knew where stuff wentThey also put little pieces of plastic under the furniture they replaced to keep it from indenting the freshly cleaned carpet
Courteous: They were extremely professional, introduced themselves as soon as they came inGave us plastic covers for our shoes to wear on the carpeted areas, and had all of the ceiling fans running when they leftThey thought of everything and just took care of it
I couldn't say enough nice things about these guys and there are absolutely complaintsTerrific job guys, we will see you again next year!

He removed the soiled carpet, treated it at his shop and replaced it. Carpet repair is also a specialty at which he excels. Looks like the original. The price for all the work was more than reasonable. We would highly recommend them for all your carpet care.
