I am remortgaging & I needed an appraisal & we've used M.I.TAppraisals previously twice so I called to have them do another appraisal Last appraisal yrs ago was $265,& now Dustin's appraisal is $239,Since the last appraisal I've added on a front porch costing me $15,plus many other upgrades
They sent Dustin W*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** * *** * *** ** *** *** ***I am having many renovations done so I asked for an increase on my mortgage so they could be done without me trying to pay for it myself
Dustin only did an appraisal on the finished work & not an as is appraisal When I asked him to do a before he said it would cost more money & so I had to pay it or they wouldn't release it
