Beware: Keep track of their items numbers tags. They picked up my items from RI and took them back to CT to place on a large truck going south. When the truck arrived in SC( [redacted] truck)3 men were unloading and just my husband & I was directing them. We sign the delivery papers.(mistake) One dining room chair came off the truck with a broken leg, was not wrapped, also I asked All-Points to wrap & keep the wheels on my bike, they were off. Had to take it to a bike shop to fix. When we started to unpack we found we were missing a bin. Had family items that can't be replaced. Asked them to check. It took them 5 weeks to say that nothing was missing that we signed the papers that we had everything. I suggest that if you should use this company, take off their item tags when the item are coming off the truck and place them on a large sheet of paper. And don't sign the control form papers until you unpack. Check all the item tags. FYI: [redacted] did pay for the broken chair. But denied the lost bin because the control form was signed
