The purpose of which they were hired is not correct. The job they performed is not satisfied by the homeowner nor the home inspector. The business refused to put rock in the ditch and cover it. He said he was not going to do anything else. As far as he is concern he fixed the problem. The erosion is getting worse and the ditch is eroding away. The work will have to be done again to fix the mess he made costing me more money. According to the home inspector and the insurance company the Business made a total mess of the property.I feel the business should pay for the work that needs to be done. The soil that was move to create the ditch is still on the property. The business should be held accountable for correcting the problem but the owners said they could not and will not do anything else. I should be able to get my money back to have the job done correct. I have already contacted other companies to give me an estimate on the job. They were totally surprise at what they saw. Also after D & S finished the job they had put dirt around the well and when it rained mud went into the well and the water. We had to fix that problem also. Wish you could see it.
