This comes as no surprise that this company has not responded to this complaint It took multiple attempts by
multiple methods before contact was finally made This company does not and will not stand by the advertised warranty on the products they sell

Review: This company refuses to stand beside the products it sells and honor the written warranty advertised on their website. It is my belief they sell inferior products, possibly even refurbished or damaged products as new. They have made it virtually impossible to contact them, never responding to phone calls or email messages. I have been extremely disappointed with the business interactions with this company and this is to alert fellow consumers as well as the Business Bureau.Desired Settlement: Refund for a 2nd faulty pump.
