arial, sans-serif;">On 4/at 10pm I received a call from our answering service regarding this callI returned the call and nobody answeredAt 11pm our answering service called back saying that they had called againI called them once again and was informed of their situation. I never at anytime told the caller that I did not care if the door fell on somebody. If the door was in the situation that was stated then it should have been roped off from all directions and would no longer be an emergency. I informed them that I had not heard of their company and that they did not have an account with usThe caller was told that they would have to pay in full that night because they had no account with usHe told me they could pay with a company credit cardI told him that we might be able to take his cardI was then told that they were calling us because they had called others and nobody would comeBased on the fact that they have never called us before for service or even a quote and now knowing that their regular door company was not even willing to respond I felt it was in our best interest not to respond either. I informed him that we would not be coming either and that was the end of the phone call
