Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.

in response to answer from nct when I originally carried my machine to nct ti had brand new spark plugs and fuel filter purchase from *** *** from their parts match I had originally said *** but on review found differentlyI was informed by a lady on phone that I did not know what I was talking about as *** was expert *** mechanic I have since discovered that anyone can buy that acknowledgementBut this is not all upon my returning home machine ran for about five minutes ran full throttle and smoked horribly then would not restart place phone call to them and informed the of problem and that I was returning with machine I had filled machine full of fresh gas at *** station on hwy *** that morningUpon my return to shop owner came out and worked on carburetor drained appx quart oil out of motor where he had overfilled on previous visit he could not fix itAt that point he informed me that his year old apprentice had done original work two weeks later I called and was told unit was ready owner started it and drove around his yard loaded it on my trailer and went back inside at that time I noticed all of gas was gone I could tell by his demeanor that if I said anything then ther would have been a confrontation so I let it goI have never in my life heard of a repair shop named *** or Big *** this is a total fabricationI am making a step to call local *** service rep and make arrangements for machine to be repaired and demand that NCT pay for those repairsI am also asking my Visa carrier to stop payment on card charges, I would like to keep this matter out of court but will not hesitate to do so, Thank You so much for your help find sent by phone picture of object that was placed between starter gear and flywheel this was witnessed by *** County Deputy Sheriff

As stated to customer before he has threatened me till im sick of being threatened had he had a nicer demeanor and quit trying to threaten with the Revdex.com and visa and now appears sheriffs office I cannot assume where he will try to go next I might have been a little lenient and helped him out moreMy warranty has always been that just like my contract ill repair it again but its not freeThe picture attached is a jokeThe rubber boot that is showing is the rubber boot on top of the starter that has either fell off and gotten tangled in the starter gear (which ive never seen in years of this) or someone put it there to better there deformation like calling us consI have attached a pic of one so that you can seeAs far as *** In *** the customer went on about how he had purchased blades there and he went home and warped them in the first cut and went back to *** and they would not warranty them and he fought with them over bent bladesAs of now im done with this back and forth I have all the paperwork to show what was done and to prove that he has been rude and hard to deal with even recorded voice messages he leftThe customer ruined their mower and brought it in to be fixed and had wrong parts on itHe admitted he had tried to work on it before bringing it in and the wrong parts show it, he was hard to deal with from the start and nothing I did made him happy and you can hear by the voice messages he left with the threatsHe has a chip on his shoulder and likes to bully when he doesn't get what he thinks is what he shouldThe pictures attached are the same motor as the customers and as you can see the black rubber starter boot on the *** engineI personally dont think it fell off and got wedged like he shows and would gladly get my *** reps second opinionThank You And Good Day

The customer brought in his [redacted] mower on 3/9/16. While filling out the Customer consent packet form which I have scanned but will not let me include I can send the customer refused to give an email address stated he didnt have one. We require an emil address so we have everything in print and...

can retrieve it if we need. The unit was here for 2 weeks when a estimate was completed. The customer was using the wrong spark plugs, and had an automotive fuel filter on the unit which was dumping way more gas in the unit that it needed causing the oil and the cylinders to wear and dilute the oil. He stated that he had purchased them from [redacted]. When he was called to be informed of the findings before the findings could even be stated when he heard it needed the parts replaced he had put on and a carb rebuilt because the air filter was so dirty that the unit could not breath. The customer started cussing and being belligerent and made the threat of contacting the Revdex.com. He stated he did not want the unit fixed even though I informed him I was a [redacted] Expert Dealer and that I knew what I was talking about. He was to pick the unit up later that day. He then proceeded to call back after about two hours and inform me that I could fix the unit that he had thought about it and by the time he picked it up and went to another shop he would have wasted more time. When the unit was complete he was rude because when the estimate was given it was given to get the unit running be he had stated that he wanted new blades put on the unit. He never gave me a chance to tell him what all it would take to fix the unit when I tried to in the first call he was to busy telling me I didn't know what I was talking about. When he came and picked it up the fuel had been removed from his tank and the carb had been rebuilt the unit had been serviced with a new air filter, and oil filter, fuel filter (the correct one) and spark plugs (the correct ones). He had new blades and it cranked and ran fine and he left. With the unit washed and cleaned and detailed. Four days later he called and left a nasty message on the machine that it was not running correctly and that he was going to call the Revdex.com and call Visa and fight the charges. I spoke with him when he came by to drop it off and he apologized for his behavior and thanked me for looking at it again. While he was dropping it ff he stated that he had already had run ins with two other shops and named them out. [redacted] and Big [redacted]. At this time I realized what type of person I was dealing with. I was talking to him and we where discussing how I cleaned the units by washing them and detailing them and I informed him I had a 22 year old nephew that did this for me in his spare time. He left and I went through the unit and found orangish red fuel coloring (which is something it didn't leave with and I don't use additives or fuel add ins) I removed the carb and rebuilt it again because the carb wasn't running correctly. I removed the fuel yet again and cleaned the tank. Added my own new fresh fuel and tested it and it ran. It had a slight miss in which I checked compression on the engine and found that when he was using it before when it was brought in that it had leaked all the fuel in the sump and weakened the oil. All this is noted in the bills he signed and was informed about. He picked the unit up we drove it around the yard and he was happy with it. We spent twenty minutes in the yard testing it before he took it. In the free bill I noted if it came back with red fuel I would not do a free repair again. This must be coming from his fuel can he has stored. I also have a policy that I warranty fuel related repairs for 10 days due to the fact the customer could put bad fuel in the unit or that it could go bad in twenty days and that would have me doing all kinds of free repairs especially this time of season. When he picked the unit up I asked him again for an email and he provided one. This past saturday right before closing I received a nasty voicemail from him yet again with threats making that it wasn't running right again and if I didn't make it right he would yet again call the Revdex.com and the Visa and file charges back. I sent him an email in which I can attach if needed stating that it was past his 10 days on fuel related if he drops it off it will be billed again and that he will be put in line with the others. I also stated that he had been rude and nasty to me and I have always treated him with respect and if he had a problem with being charged for the repair I wished he would take it somewhere else because quite frankly I'm sick of being threatened and so called bullying by this individual. That is where this comes from. The customer cannot expect anyone to keep repairing his unit when it is his fault the unit is tearing up. Thank You if you need more info copies of the email or the customer consent packet he signed stating he knew the warranty period. Then Ill be glad to attach them for you.
