Review: I took my car to all pro auto bec it was over heating the man I spoke with told me it was the thermostat so he went a head and changed it a couple days later my car was still over heating I called the shop back he asked I brought my car back I did he then stated it was the radiator so I gave him the ok to change it I told him that was the 2nd time my car in his shop with the same issue he needed to check my car out instead of guessing that's when he said he was positive it was radiator we changed that out 3 days later my car is still over heating I notified the shop again it was over heating I took my car over there while it was over heated he stated he wasn't sure why or didn't see how it could be still over heating whern he stated he didn't no why after he charged ME AMOST 700 DOLLARS IVE NOW taken it to another mechanic to fix the over heating probDesired Settlement: I believe he should refund me my money due to he never fixed my over heating problem and my car was in his shop twice and the third time he stated he didn't know whats wrong now I have taken my car to anther shop to be fixed and my diagnosis was the head gasket I believe the man at all pro should have fully inspected my car based off my complaint instead of charging me for other issues

mrs [redacted] came in on 4/10/2016 with here [redacted] civic said over heating and fan not coming on we check it out fan did come on lower hose was cooler than top hose so we check thermostate it was broken and staying shut we replaced she came back a few day said still getting hot we check it out again found someone added a lot of stop leak customer was ask he said that they did not add stop leak we offed to flush out on first service customer decline customer was offerd on 2nd service to replace radiator or have clean but flush might not work she said go head replace radiator after service text drove ok did not get hot mrs [redacted] drove and said was not getting hot on her at this time customer came back said it hot again but when I look it was ok at that time ask customer to leave with me to see if it get hot he said he will come right back never did. after last service we did check hc coming from radiator there was none if there was hc it would showen at this time meaning head gasket problem was not hot and fan where coming on customer was shown customer said fan was not working but came on for us I cant till him it bad when it working. I get there and my car is hot overheating. The man stated mmmm thats wierd. I dont no. So when he stated that he didnt know we took our car some where wlse where the findings was a head gasket. I helieve this man should have took more time and checked our car thoroughly and instead of guessing to what it ciuld have been alls we asked was him to fix it he should have done a complete check let us know and he could have fixed it all but he failed to do so.
