My experience with All Pro Bail Bonds in Oakland was nightmarishAfter taking my money and securing co-signors, they strung me along and lied ti me about posting the bond for over 24hrs just to finally tell me their Regional Manager didn't want to approve the bondI submitted the exact same down payment and cosignors to Aladdin and they posted bond in ONE HOUR!!! Aladdin makes All Pro look totally pathetic

All Pro Bail Bond has given my family and I reason to believe that honest businesses do exist! We were assisted quickly from the start*** was able to have a bail interview visitation for my daughter that was in custody within hours of contacting them initiallyThis business has been outstanding all around***, however was able to exceed our expectations, as well as continuously raising the bar for himself as our bondsmanHe is extremely informative and very understanding of our situation; his assistance has been key to our current situation In the office, everyone is very helpful and professionalWe are very impressed with All Pro Bail BondWe highly recommend them

I will be filing a complaint against the All Pro San Diego officeIn short, they have no idea what is happening on each case or what has been said to their clientsThe phrase "the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing" could not be truerI cosigned for my boyfriend in a time of panic and vulnerabilityI was told I was a "solid" cosigner and my boyfriend would be low risk so All Pro would be happy to work with usAfter the initial deposits were asked of us (totaling almost half of the bond up front)We received nothing but contradicting phone calls from different people who demanded more money than the agreed monthly payment or claimed no payment was receivedMy boyfriend called anyone who left messages however, I would continue to get messages from different people claiming they can't get a hold of my boyfriendWe live together and share the same numbers so I continued to defer to him as I knew he was being reliableDespite my being sent mailings with incorrect amounts and him receiving nothing in the mailWhen we tried to rectify the confusion, we were sent in circles with more people at different numbersIt became clear that nobody had spoken to one another, leaving for very different stories from each employeeOn top of this frustrating lack of customer service, we were being over drafted each month with amounts that were more than what the last employee told us we needed to payNot to mention we were charged multiple fees of various amounts each month, each labeled as transaction fees or we would be charged a fee being twice for telephone and online bill payment for the same paymentAll Pro says they'll work with you but they are consistently inaccurate and shady with their billing and collecting practicesConsumer beware!
