I'm writing in response to customer ID [redacted] concerning bed bugsThe customer did buy a living room suite in August Right after delivery the customer had a problem with the center cushion of the sofaWe ordered a new cushion cover for the sofa and our service tech went to the home and repaired the sofa on October 26, The customer didn't complain about bed bugs then and my service tech stated that he had to take the sofa apart to fix it and there were no bugsAll furniture and bedding comes to us brand new sealed in plastic from the manufacturerWe also open and inspect all furniture before it leaves our warehouse for delivery and have never seen bed bugs on any furniture or beddingSince we received this complaint, we have opened and inspected everything more keenly and we have not found any bed bugsWe don't know where the bed bugs came from but we are confident that they didn't come from our furniture.We are very thankful for their business and sorry for the problem they're having.Sincerely,Joe S [redacted]

repaired the sofa on October 26, 2016. The customer didn't complain about bed bugs then and my service tech stated that he had to take the sofa apart to fix it and there were no bugs.
