This is precisely what you have been doing all along. you will not accept responsibility for your mistakes. I called you and told you what had occurred and you laughed at me. saying all I wanted was money. I just want my floors returned to the way they were before you damaged them. You did not give me a receipt although I do have the check I payed you with and your business card. I am not confused and know perfectly well who did the work.

This will be my last response on this matter. We do have a disagreement here but don't think Revdex.com will help. I think it is dishonest when a customer say their going to give me a week to contact them (she originally called on a Saturday) than Monday she called and said she'll give me to Friday. And she writes to Revdex.com the next day???..

First Of All (WE) Do Not Have A Disagreement. & Your Calling Me DISHONEST. Because When You Walked In My Kitchen, You Made A Remark Like Oh Wood, & I Said No Laminate.And I Did Not Say I Will Give You A Week To Come See It,I Didn't Call You Back Till Wednesday To See If You Got A hold Of Your Insurance,& To Let You Know I Got Quote's, But You Would Not Hear Of Them.
