I agonized over installing a wood-burning insert for OVER THREE YEARS *afterhaving figured out exactly what model I wanted installed b/c I needed (1) flues relined in the safest way, (2) a hearth rebuilt--to specs per the insert's manufacturer, and the unit installed and had difficulty identifying a business that would do all three WELL. I found plenty of businesses with reportedly senior experienced folks on their sales-visit team ready to tackle one or two of the needs well, but wither unwilling or unconvincingly able to do a third. Finding Dennis of All Pro was like a godsend.

through e-mail and over the phone he talked me through numerous potential concerns and warnings he had for my project. I spent a lot of time researching alternatives based on those exchanges and was able to validate them all.

When I finally was ready, he came by to inspect everything, and then we scheduled. I was hoping to have it done by an upcoming holiday (w/ guests arriving). Dennis and his crew squeezed us in, even coming back on the weekend to wrap it all up. Crew was impeccable in manner and cleaning up.

Insert and flues have been working perfectly for over two years now.

I have referred Dennis to several neighbors, without pause, and I am giving him a review two years tardy, b/c I recently learned I can do so here (i don't gmail or facebook). As a homeowner over over 20 years, I have maybe 2 or 3 businesses where I have had just such an overwhelmingly positive experience. I do not log on to sites and give positive reviews. I am compelled to do so for Dennis, b/c it was, simply, a very good experience.
