AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I had an appointment scheduled with the company through office manager Missy for several weeksWe were leaving our rental house and had the appointment set up to come after my movers leftAfter the carpets were to be cleaned my family and I were heading to TexasI called in the afternoon to confirm the appointment and Missy asked if the technician could complete one job before coming to me (so that he did not have to go from west side to east side back to west side)I said sureWell apparently the truck "broke down" and Missy said there was no way that they could get to me that nightThey sent another technician to get the broke down truck instead of sending a manger, and the other technician could have come to meThe best they could do was "maybe" come the next afternoonShe did not show any compassion and did not care about my situationNeedless to say I called *** *** and they came out within minutes of callingThey now have a customer for life!!

All attempts to remedy this within the contract and terms of service she signed prior to service have been refusedWe have offered a full reclean by a manager, we have offered to remedy the issues with the lawn, as well as repaint that portion of one corner of trim, which, clearly has had previous
damages all around the immediate cornerWe do not make refunds for services where items are easily remedied, and as a full restoration firm which can literally rebuild an entire home post fire loss, have the ability to paint a few feet of trim as well as remedy a very small impression in a lawn from a tire run over.We have offered the above, it was refused, at this time the matter is closed as her warranty period has expired

1.they said I refused their offer but I neve heard anything from them.
2. I was not happy with their work. why should I  have re-clean from same company.
3. If they offer the paint of wall and fix lawn I'll take it.

Horrible customer service by both employees and the owner Anthony. Fraudulent charges on my credit card etc.
