This is the same response I've been getting for monthsNo progress has ever been made and I've been more than patient on the timeline for repairsI've been promised it will be repaired and I was told on multiple occasions I was the "top priority"I cannot accept this response and will consider this issue unresolved until work is actually being done to fix what I paid forIn looking through prior complaints, this is not the first time this has happened, but hopefully for others out there it will be the lastSickening
