The siding that they 'repaired' has already fallen once again. We do not accept a resolution that does not have an actual completion date. We've been documenting conversations with Steve [redacted] of All-Pro since August when we started having problems with this job.
In regard to "we will get all products on hand"....
On 9/5/15 Steve said the two special order doors were in. On 9/11/15 he said he was picking them up from Merrillville. The trim and hardware for the remaining two doors have been lying on our garage floor since mid-June.
On 10/01/15 City Supply notified us that the vanity ordered was in. We have been in contact with City Supply, and on 10/23/15 they said they again notified All-Pro that the vanity was at City Supply's facility and would they please pick it up.
The only thing they might not have on hand is a standard toilet that remains to be installed. There should be no problem at all getting that on hand.
We propose the entire job be completed by November 13, 2015. Open ended schedules do not seem to work for All-Pro.
