There was a definite lack of communication on the part of AllproTold of visits that did not happen and calls that were supposed to come, never made or receivedWall cut too short; trim did not match; backsplash not taken down far enough; tile cut improperly to reinstall existing light fixture are just some of the items that did not meet standard business practicesDamage to new wood floor, which Allpro agreed to send his floor man out to evaluate, but decided, when other items were questioned, to refuse responsibility Attention to details, totally non-existentMistakes, damages and dissatisfaction with workmanship were disregarded and Allpro arbitrarily decided to Null & Void the warranty (breach of contract) and refused to continue the projectWhen alerted that there were safety concerns, this was totally ignored by AllproWe were told that Allpro was bonded and their website states the same, but when we requested information regarding the bonding company, that information was withheldAre they indeed bonded? Result - we had to find new contractor(s) to continue and repair remaining scope of work on the project
