As the compliance consultant for Unos Auto Sales, I have talked with the dealership regarding Ms [redacted] complaint The dealership reports that at their discretion, they decided that none of the lenders they currently work with would be able to get the customer financed based on her credit history The dealership informed me that based on their experience of working with customers with similar credit challenges, they believed they would not be able to secure any financing for Ms [redacted] Therefore, no application for financing was submitted to any of the dealership's lending optionsThe dealership believes their decision was solely based on their experience to evaluate credit worthiness in order to secure financing, and had nothing to do with any other factors The dealership sympathizes with the customer for not being able to assist her, but stands by their decision to not submit her application to other lendersIf you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####Thank you [redacted]
