This company does not value their customers at all. We have rented a storage unit from them since 2011 and pay for six months at a time. We are a business and our bills are paid however with a miscommunication on the billing they locked the unit and proceeded to charge late fees. No goodwill for past history nor any willingness to encourage a positive future relationship.
