I called All Pro to check my foundation because I started noticing large cracks in our walls and tiles I was scheduled within a week Rex came out and was able to find the irrigation as the source of our problem He recommended that we find someone to install a french drain around our house over any type of pier work With foundation issues, its comforting to know you are getting advice from someone trustworthy I appreciate All Pro's professionalism when inspecting our foundation and the repair advice, even when the necessary repair was not beneficial to them If you are in the dark about foundation repair issues, their honesty is quite reassuring I highly recommend you give them a call first

I had piers installed Novof With all the rain and then heat my piers are still holding great This company did a fine job with installation and clean up and they arrived at the scheduled time
I had a plumbing leak after the lifting but as soon as that was repaired the work was completed within a dayThey warranty the work and the warranty is transferable if transferred within days of a sale by the new owner
I had been dreading the foudation repair that was to come, but I was so very pleased and surprised!! The men arrived by 9 a.m. and worked very hard. By 3 p.m.all the mess was cleaned up and the job was finished.

We purchased a home that had been repaired by All Pro. In order to receive the lifetime warranty guaranteeing their work, we had to pay $100 to transfer the warranty from the previous homeowner. Fine.
[redacted], the owner, told us that we needed to have our plumbing checked to ensure there were no leaks. Again fine. He insisted that we use his approved plumber, otherwise he wouldn't transfer the warranty. We paid to have the plumbing checked by his plumber and he found a small leak (he said over 50% of houses have some sort of undetectable leak). We then had it repaired so we could reinstate the warranty. All along the way, we stayed in communication with [redacted] about the process. He was rude, mostly unhelpful, and sent aggressive letters about the warranty. We put up with it because we wanted the warranty, and frankly, had no other choice.
Once the work was completed, we reached out to [redacted] to officially transfer the warranty. He informed us that we hadn't followed the process, we would now have to begin a new process to reinstate the warranty that would take-wait for it-3 YEARS. No idea how we didn't follow his process. We began the process within 30 days after purchasing our home, used his prescribed plumber, and stayed in constant contact with him.
This smells like a racket to me. We're trapped in a cycle of paying him and his service providers for a warranty reinstatement that magically never happens. We have stopped working with him because we won't throw good money after bad and have just given up on having a foundation warranty. Stay far, far away from these guys.
