Regarding complaint # [redacted] for [redacted] ***, we are expecting his windows to here by the end of the weekSo we will be installing them by the end of this week or the beginning of next weekSo should be completed by next Tuesday 02-07-

BBBClaim ResponseLet me begin by stating that the customer has their info incorrect. [redacted] is NOT the owner. He is an employee. One who has not handled this situation nor forwarded the issue to the owner [redacted] . Why he would comment about owing his supplier confuses me as he does not owe... our supplier and most of our products we pay COD for. There are 2 options as I see it here. We can refund the 230.00 to the customer if they prefer and they can use another company which is not what we want as we like our customers to be happy with us and if there is a problem we like to make sure it is resolved in a timely manner. The other alternative is to go back out and look at the door and the product installed and see what is wrong because we make patterns for these if they are a special shape and we measure to size as well. At this point I am willing to do what ever makes the customer happy. Just let me know what they want. It looks from their complaint they want a refund and if they still prefer that I will see to it they get it. Please advise me on this as I want this matter cleared up. I apologize for our employee's poor handling of this and will make sure to address it with him. I wish the Customer nothing but the best and hope her door gets fixed to her liking one way or the other. Thank you for your time.

In response to Mrs*** complaint we are a where of the problems and we are working on just thatI have met here at my office today 5-1-and assured her we are working on itWe are very sorry for the inconvenience she has been threw and let her know that our insurance coverage
should cover all the damageWe are waiting to here back from them and should have this resolved in the next few working daysHowever I am investigating the way the mirror broke. I have never in my years seen a mirror break in half from nothing touching it. This is not a at all with the other half of the mirror still stuck to the wallI should here back from the insurance company today or Monday and will set up a time and a speedy answer to her repairsthank you Mrs***

After receiving a call,from All-Pro Glass and Mirror's receptionist, [redacted] on May 6, 2015 requesting my address,(for reasons that she didn't know), I have not heard from the company since. I have made numerous calls weekly, asking to speak with Mr. [redacted]. I have not received a return phone call. I have emailed Mr. [redacted] today, explaining that if I have not heard from him before the end of business on May 18, 2015, that I will be filing legal recourse. I would like to avoid this route if possible. If there's any assistance that you can provide to expedite a resolution, I would appreciate it.

I thought we resolved this complaint but they never returned our money. Can you help us?

In regards to complaint # [redacted], The company policy is that we do not take responsibility for  anything we don't provide. However, I've ordered a new glass and spoke to Mr. [redacted] letting him know that.  He said it was fine, so we will see him next week. He understands it all...
