I am rejecting this response because:This response does nothing to resolve the issues that I have with this company I am due a partial refund for the work that was not completed This company as did as they threatened and called the city inspectors for my property trying to get it cited Again, it shows the unprofessional ism of this company I had to pay $more for work that I proved via text and pictures that was not done as agreed upon and paid in full for

AS I spoke in last response she was wrote a invoice and no work was every complete that was upon completion she cant show a invoice I could not get material informed her off that never left with customers part from my understanding she had another relative come out and get her partlast conversation I had with this customer was in that it isn't big deal and she didn't owe me on any material or trip fee due to not being able to locate partwe are starting to screen all calls due to lil situations that have occurred where its a customer not telling full storyI also read in her report that we left her out to dry on a holiday and looked to me like estimate wasn't made out until the month of januaryi do believe that Ms [redacted] is out to obtain free work and we as all pro never wrote her a receipt for any labor that was completed all we and ms [redacted] has record of is a estimate we always complete invoices on site prior to completion and estimates before work is started We would like a mediation with ms[redacted] please keep us informed so we can resolve this matter asap

I am rejecting this response because: In addition to removing a piece from my furnace promising to return with a new one, never returning and promising to return the piece the next day and not doing so, ALL PRO avoided answering the phone, aNd left our family in degree weather on a friday for the entire weekendThe technician did more than a service call, he redid my ductwork illegally-according to the next technician from a different company that I scrambled to get in there by Tuesday - because the part that ALL PRO HAD TAKEN was evidence that they had broken the piece off the furnaceThis was no innocent guestureThey did me and my children wrong on all countsThe ductwork - as pictured - moved downward from my water heater which is a carbon monoxide hazard and could have been worse with me and my family deadI had to pay for the next company to redo the ductwork AND REATTACH the top of my water heater (which the technician from ALLPRO undid to try and fit his lousy ductwork job)I paid him at the time for the service call and the receipt for the ductwork which was I then had to pay another company to REDO THE JOBI believe ALL PRO is responsible for this cost and needs to pay me that back in addition to the I gave them for a service call and parts that I had to buy a second time to REDOIn addition, they should reimburse me for the piece they stole from me and never returned because they broke a central piece on itMy initial amount was extreme because I was upset and was terrified that someone could come into my house aNd kill us all with a simple ductwork job (pictures)At this time I feel is a fair amount for the estimates I got after this incident and the services I had to pay for after their mistakes

Mr *** called us on holiday weekend informed client of after hours call and of hourly rateHe was fine with cost until completion of job,All Pro hvac also was called out after second company and other company was blatantly dishonest with former client.The diagnosed furnace to be broken and was
needing a HOt Surface Ignitor, Very reputable company at that.After I reset furnace by taking door panel off furnace lite and hot surface ignitor was 100% lighting.Mr *** was present at the time and he then informed me that he was not paying for my service due to just my short time there and simple reset, Which again was informed over telephone and in personFurnace was in proper operation after I myself cycled system 3-timesAs I was loading tools mr *** went upstairs very aggressive and cursing the whole way.Went to leave property and mr olla stood in upper level behind basement door, with hand body weight against doori proceeded to call police they arrived and evacuated me from basementMr *** I do believe he was arrested after my releaseAll info can be found in incident reportI will rely on client and Revdex.com to inform ALL PRO of progress with report and we placed lien on client's property per incident

I have responded to incident over phone with Revdex.com and was supposed to been documentedWe are in process of merging or selling companyThis is only matter we have had our first year of buisnessWe will take all customers complaints very seriousWe can not make everyone happy even though we try very diligently toAny work were directed to do we walk every customer through before and after we ask no one to pay untill they see completed work then we collect payment

Hello again,I just reviewed some of the texts from the log I sent you and it also proves MrP*** to be a liar.Notice that in his reply to you that he states his workers did the work but in the texts to me that he states because he was exposed to asbestos in the home and that was why he was sick!If he wasn't the one that I saw and spoke to in the home about the issue and he wasn't the one that did the workthen how did he get "sick" from being in the home.Please carefully review the texts and their corresponding times as to when they were sent and received as they are very telling to the validity of the situation and to who is exactly telling the truth in this matter.Thank you,*** ***###-###-####__________________________________________From: *** *** *** Sent: Wednesday, December 07, 6:AMTo: ***Subject: dispute ***Hello,Thank you for giving me the time to respond to MrP***'s lies.I had to download a program to my computer to extract the texts that he and I exchanged.Unfortunately, I can only tell you what he said to me over the phone. However, most of what I am about to say can be verified in the texts.MrP*** came to my property (that my yr old son and his friends live in) to repair and install ductwork and a thermostat for my new furnace.He inspected everything and gave me an estimate.I agreed to the price and he came out with other people to do the work.He requested a deposit which I paid via credit card and requested the balance due be paid in cash I agreed.I came while he was working and he could not get the thermostat to work while I was there I had a meeting to go to so I left the balance money (cash) with my son to pay MrP*** when the job was complete Again my son is and in NOT a business person.MrP*** convinced my son that the system was working but would not stay on due to the gas not being onSo, my gullible son paid him the balance money due in cash.I received the update from my son and immediately contacted MrP*** He said yes just to call him when the gas was on and he would come right back out and finish the job I got the gas turned on and called MrP*** He then informed me that he had experienced a seizure and had fallen and hit his head while at another job and needed about a week to recover then he would come out and fix everything.A week went by and I contacted MrP*** again informing him that it was getting very cold and small children were in the house and I needed the heat to work.He then informed me he was out of state due to a death and would not be back for several months I asked if he had workers that could come out and finish the job and he told me that he would call me back.After no call backI had another company inspect my system and discovered not only did he wire the thermostat wrong but he missed ducts all together Again, I called MrP*** He said well I can offer you a free fall inspection but thats it.I told him I didn't want an inspectionI wanted what I paid for My ductwork installed, working furnace, and heat for everyone in the home.He said he and his guys didn't miss anything and requested pictures I sent the pictures After I sent the evidence that he didn't do what I paid for he would no longer answer my calls So I began texting him.I simply asked for a PARTIAL refund for what I had to pay out to have the job completed HE REFUSED!You will see in the text that he threatened to call the city on me for the house He threatened to send inspectors.The house has already been inspected and PASSED because it was a complete REMODEL so I told him to go ahead and that I was contacting the Revdex.com and *** *** ***l.As to his responsethe history of that house is just that HISTORY The house sat empty for years I recently bought it and completely remodeled it for my son The fact that he and his workers know that it USED to be a center for illegal activities goes to show a bit into their character and not into mine I have purchased many homes for a low price in poorer neighborhoods and have fixed all of them up I provide a service that helps to improve the community It just happens that this house in particular was for my sonso yesI put extra touches in just for him.I will also attach before and after pictures of the house he claims is SO terrible Ridiculous.Please, I only asked for a partial refund I feel that it is well deserved considering that is what I had to pay AGAIN to have the issues fixed that he had already been paid for!

Please inform former customer that we had her mistaken as some one else.  We gave the customer a estimate no work was done and motor was in snorted out due to age. I informed her that I COULD replace motor and I would go to get it due to not being able to locate motor within reasonable and...

Ms. [redacted] paid a service call fee, We informed her same day that we were not able to locate motor in due time that if she wanted to call someone else would reimburse her service call fee. Looking to correct any matter but we as a company and brand due not see it fit to reimburse for services and goods that we never performed. We did diagnose the problem and shooed for that induced motor but agian motor couldn't get to supplier in time. We are not a wholealer and no company in Columbus keeps that part on our vans. Ms. [redacted] is welcome to look over ESTIMATE not a invoice that was written. Please take a look at all of Ms. [redacted] paperwork and documenations. Along with us being Family/Veteran owner and operated we never left a customer in any situation that wasn't explainable or justifiable and we do apologize for any inconvenience and would like to settle matter in a reasonable fashion. I own and of All Pro HVAC LLC Recieved a call from Ms. [redacted] and she informed me 5 days after are work was completed that she had a issue with the thermostat was properly installed by tech and informed me that house was a known drug house and that he felt uncomfortable I confirmed with owner that...

she just purchased home and was previously a know bad house in area. I came out and walked her adult son throw the work we had done, He confirmed that all work that was done was fine system was in working order irecieved a call a week later informing me that there was multiple registers that we not hooked up at all which upon my inspection and her sons everything looked attached and completed. I do not know if home was entered I tried to schedule home owner to come out and take a look at correct issues if they were overlooked or caused by my Company. She therefore informed me that she had another compnay already handling it and she wanted a full refund. I feel as if I wasnt given a chance to back my work, I had no issue with returning to the area and the home seeing that my tech was shaky about home.
